Worker too bad

I would never go to this hotel again. The hotel was not clean and you can smell something in air. Even the elevator lost a bottom for pressing and so many fingerprints around the cabin. In bathroom there were some RED spots next to toilet. I took a picture and did not know what it was. But we was kind of scared. The fan in the bathroom has serious problem, it generated a huge noise when I turned it on. I sure that fan has some mechanical problems. Therefore, we did not turn it on, because it might disturb our neighbors.The fan of AC had a lot of dust and some leafs. I did not believe the filter was clean. The couch has so many stains and spots, it was definitely dirty. The refrigerator has tree bottles of drinks, it might be previous quests left. That means their staff did not clean the room entirely. Summary, it was a crazy stay!

Clean

This was good enough for a night after a concert. Nothing fancy. Office closed at 10pm & opened at 9am. No vending machines or ice. No shampoo in rooms. Noisy hotel. Maid walked in after we were already in room without knocking. She had no idea we had rented the room.

Was a great, quiet night's sleep. Easy access to find. Nice to have a full kitchen area.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that only had one bar of soap and no other toiletries available. I had to go down and get my own bedding for the hide-a-bed. The room smelled like a wet dog.

Great staff and amazing room

We waiting outside for a long period of time because there were no staff on site to check us in at 1:30am. The room was disgusting. The headboard had greasy handprints all over it, the room smelled like a dirty hamster cage! The bedding looked old and faded ( not crisp white) . The pillows were flat and stained, and there were not enough towels provided in our room . We had 4 people and there was only 3 towels. It was a really bad hotel and if I were you I would be embarrassed to offer to customers!

Found 4 roaches in the room.

For a quick one night stay after a concert, this was okay.

Located in an okay area. Restaurants near by and conveniently located to my destination. Kitchen area is a little outdated but everything was clean.

Room was clean

The staff, especially Stacy and Veronica (sorry if I heard the names wrong) were very helpful and attentive. Room was quite comfortable and clean

We booked and paid for a 3 nights stay, then when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. I had to call to talk to the manager lakiesha the next day and instead of hearing my frustration she hung up on me! Twice! Never using that brand of hotel ever again!

No facilities, no plates or cutlery, no way to make a drink. Old property, very tired. Room smelt damp. Avoid.
