Perfection

My wife and I went to a doctor Monday and it seems we encountered bed bugs by staying in room 222 from September 2-5. I know this is always a risk but someone needs to check into this if anyone else stays in that room.

Place to stay when you want something clean and nice on a budget staff is gret!

The king room was good, but the fridge was leaking and when the people above us showered, water dripped from the ceiling tiles into our tub and was very loud. We did report this when checking out and they promptly sent maintenance to work on it. The value and stay was overall good.

Clean, safe place to stay. Nothing extra, but worth the money. Breakfast was nothing to be excited about, but you can't expect a lot for what they charge for rooms. We will stay here again.

Rooms are sofasicated, no windows to open to make fresh air in. Cockroaches, dust, and noisy Air conditioning unit

Stayed for one night. Bed was comfortable and clean room

We were looking a cheap and easy place to stay for one night until our cabin was ready. It was not 5-star stay but it was clean and fit the bill. Only complaint was the worn out bedding and what sounded like a whinning hydraulic pump running from behind the bathroom sink all night. But it was under 100.00 and it was a place to stay and shower.

Room was clean, well stocked & hotel was convenient to a multitude of entertainment. A mal-functioning tv remote was only slight negative

Our stay was just overnight but we would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only "complaint" was that we were on the 4th floor and had to go down to the 1st floor to get ice. Not a big issue but we got in late and were tired.

Everything clean staff was nice, convenient In-N-Out to street was a plus especially in pigeon Forge sit next to red light love that! Only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathroom could use some tlc and updating. Definitely would stay again.

Location is good, right on the verge of being downtown. Pretty clean rooms, pool was nice and open all day and plenty of parking.

Good prices, clean and plunty things to do and eat all around the hotel

Nice price for the space!

To loud , people living in a room with kids was always hollering at the kids above us could hear them running when we was trying to sleep, the tub was pealing the pics is not what this hotel looks like

Basic, clean, and in a convenient location. Excellent value

This was a family trip. This property was clean and good for the price. I would stay there again
