This apartment perfect for couple who loves strolling arround to the city, cause the location its really strategic ❤. And we loved it so much.

Strongly recommend! Central location and walkable to everywhere in cbd, many amenities and shopping malls nearby. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with daily housekeeping service available. Full kitchen available for those who would like to cook. Appreciate the in room washer and dryer too!

we stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartment. The location of the hotel is perfect, can’t complain. Room was also clean and comfy but they failed to make up the room on our second day. Parking could be a bit hard at certain hours of the day, The location of the parking garage is just behind the hotel building with an elevator taking us straight to our floor. There is an extra $20 fee for parking. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again when in Melb. The only downside is the drying machine and tv in my room was not working.

Very satisfied with the units as they have good floor layouts, each room with its own toilet. Well maintained apartments and super cleaned.

central location, trams stops close by. we had the 2 room apartment and it is spacious.

Good size! Wide space in bedroom and also at lounge area. Interconnecting door from bedroom and lounge area. Great amenities. Washing machine and drier located in cabinet inside good size bathroom. Good location. Convenient store just across the hotel. Comfortable king size bed with plenty of space and power outlets. Close to hardware lane which is alley full of italian resto and beer/wine.

They didnt clean up the room until late afternoon as they prioritized to clean up the check out rooms for upcoming guests. This makes unconvenient as we back to the hotel with messy room and have to see them clean up the room.

Great hotel and apartment, 24 hour reception and near Melbourne emporium and tram station. Service was good but housekeeping and cleaning need to be improved. Always prepare credit card or debit card for surcharge, check in and other expenses, they don't accept cash.

Location is great, value of money
