The place is a mess…under construction, confusing how to navigate the property, e.g. no elevator, cordoned off hallways etc. etc. stuck at the end of a hallway, next to the stairway, so I could hear everyone come in and out with the slamming (unlockable security) door hoofing their suitcases up and down the stairs due to the aforementioned lack of elevator availability. Just a very bad experience for the ridiculous amount this cost…I could stay in the Bellagio on a Friday night for less.

Overall, great stay. I went with the cheapest option I could find so I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not 100% spotless, but clean enough whereby I felt confident someone did come in between guests to do a thorough clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets looked and felt clean. The bathroom was decent, not entirely spotless but also did not feel disgusting. There were a few spots throughout the room where maintenance would be beneficial, such as the door, the ceiling toilet lid etc, but none of the slight defects impeded negatively on my stay. I stayed on the second floor, which if you have a choice I would significantly recommend, as the front doors are not sound proofed whatsoever so it can get relatively loud if someone is outside, especially if on the ground floor. There is a charge for parking, around $6 a day, which I was not advised of when booking so be warned regarding this. Significant amount of parking was available, and it wrapped around the entire property which was convenient. Location wise, extremely convenient as there are numerous plazas within walking distance which made any last minute necessities extremely accessible. Overall, my stay was pleasant, my needs were met and I was happy with what this hotel provided. I would stay here again.

Clean room, friendly staff, and plenty of parking. The only downside was that there were many children on my floor who ran up and down the corridor, creating quite a bit of noise.

Clean, quick and convenient. Enjoyed an early morning work-out in the gym.

Room was filthy. Flat surfaces had dirt, debris and sticky residue.sheets had stains and towels had hair on them. I had booked my room 1 hour before I showed up and had booked a king bed. When I got into my room (1 hour later) it was a queen size. When I asked, they couldn’t explain. No breakfast included, a party going on outside with adults and kids running around all hours. No quiet time policy.

Good value for money spent.

The room was clean. The chair by the window unfortunately was not comfortable to sit in for any period of time and the material at the top someone had damaged. Also the airconditioner was blowing up behind the drapes which meant at night you would have to have just the sheers covering the window over it and not the blackout drapes. Otherwise it was a nice size room and the bed was pretty comfortable! Another plus, there is a Dennys restaurant attached!

The continental breakfast was terrible few bananas, few oranges and few muffins. Coffee. They want you to go pay for your breakfast at the restaurant near the hotel.

Clean room with free parking. The hotel is close to a strip mall with restaurants. I'd stay again.

Stayed here recently for 4 nights and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. For the entirety of my stay, the hotel was full of screaming kids running up and down the corridors, banging on doors late into the night, and even playing hockey on the landings. Multiple guests on my floor complained to staff — I was one of them. The situation escalated when I returned to my room one evening around 8pm and found a parent along with several teenagers gathered outside my door. The mother became confrontational and threatened me. I immediately contacted the front desk for assistance, but by the time staff arrived, the group had disappeared. I no longer felt safe staying in that room and requested to be moved, but my request was denied. Instead, I was offered a breakfast voucher as compensation. I also made several attempts to speak with the manager, who appeared to be completely unreachable throughout my stay. If you are travelling with a large group of unsupervised teenagers, this may not bother you. However, if you are looking for a quiet, safe, and relaxing hotel experience, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

No access to the main lobby from the hotel rooms. Pool featured was situated in another building. House keeping didn’t sweep the floors. Odd scent through out building. Also required paid parking for an open parking lot (no parkade). Will not stay here again.

The one side is undergoing Reno’s. Ground floor had ant problems in multiple rooms. Both my mom and my room had an issue with ants crawling all over the bed/room. The middle hotel with the pool is nice and upgraded. Bottom floor patio doors not very secure.

The hotel was under renovation at the time of our stay. We could not walk to our room from the hotel lobby inside the hotel. We had to go outside and enter from a parking lot entrance. My only "ugh" moment was having to pay for parking for each night of our stay while the renovations were being completed.
