能充分放鬆的度假飯店，有自己的海灘，不想下海也能選泳池游泳，早餐的漢堡很好吃非常推薦，旁邊還有美美的白色禮堂與星野集團的臨海咖啡廳，很棒的地方，下次會想多住一晚

是一個很有歷史的飯店，但飯店中間的泳池跟可以直接通往私人海邊的設計，很方便也讓人驚艷，舒適的環境讓人十分放鬆，會想再來玩水。

I believe it is one of the best resort hotels I have tried for so far. Rooms are spacious and clean. Vibe within the hotel is nice and relaxing.

櫃臺效率不好 讓人等很久

今次入住停車場是免費泊車，可是第二天出車就要去前台整理泊車卡，如是者兩天都是同一問題

It’s a great hotel with a private beach. Quite an old school style beach hotel with big swimming pool suitable for relaxing. Air condition system in the room with funny smell sometimes , it may need to be improved. Nearby doesn’t have too many restaurants if not driving , however Uber/taxi is fine, no Uber eat delivery in that area is a pity, however we do enjoy our nine nights stay. Hotel staffs are all quite polite and helpful. I like the beach with great sand very much. We will definitely think about coming back on next vacation.

It took so long to go through the process of check-in and check-out. The people there were not able to speck in English. They were not able to issue an official invoice. They accounting was so poor. It seems they were disconnected with the information from hotels,com. It is uncommon in Japan.

酒店泳池鄰近沙灘，非常方便。 酒店房間景色優美。 不便之處是沒有代客泊車，要自行泊附近停車場，雖然是免費，但想近酒店要先到先得，而且是露天停車，中午攞車猶如焗爐。

We had a TERRIBLE stay in this hotel, the hotel didnt even provide us with the basic facilities that a hotel or accommodation should have provided - electricity & hot water. Especially when this hotel is supposedly to be a birthday celebration vacation and also during my menstrual period From the moment of check-in, our expectations were shattered. We were only informed about an annual electricity inspection which had scheduled a power outage from 1:00 AM to 4:30 AM ONLY ON THE SPOT WHEN WE CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL. This was beyond imagination as a renowned hotel is considered to be a five star hotel, we surely do not believe a supposedly ANNUAL Electricity inspection would be only SCHEDULED on the day of checkin. If we knew there were a possibility of having an electricity outage during our stay in the hotel, we for sure would not book this hotel, especially when we were having a birthday celebration! We were also not adequately informed about the extent of the inconvenience this would cause. It was only upon returning to the hotel late at night that we discovered the complete lack of functioning facilities. A) Malfunctioning electricity in the entire hotel B) Malfunctioning essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, ventilation, air-conditioning, bathroom lights, and even the electronic toilet are non-operational.
