员工热情友好，服务周到。房间宽敞整洁，干净舒适。我尤其喜欢床，非常舒服。酒店周边环境优美，有很多购物中心，从传统市场到现代商场应有尽有。酒店对面就有美食街。从曼谷机场过来也很方便。

床很舒服，房间宽敞，而且离所有商店/商场都很近。

工作人员乐于助人，态度友好。房间干净整洁，足够我们三个人住。地理位置靠近市场，交通便利。服务也很棒。总的来说，推荐入住这里。

Staff Hotel sangat Ramah tetapi pelyanan cek in yang sangat Lama

Great location, nice bathroom and size of room:).

Lokasi hotel strategis, di seberang langsung Platinum Mall dan December, sekaligus dekat dengan akses jembatan mau ke mana pun dekat. Kamar hotel luas, bagus, dan bersih. Fasilitas kolam renang dan ada taman juga. Menu breakfast beragam pilihan dan enak. Lift-nya juga oke, sistemnya sudah canggih. Jadi, gak rebutan lift gitu.

Hotelnya sangat bersih luas dan strategis untuk orang yang suka belanja karena dekat dengan platinum, pasar pratunam, hotelnya nyaman sekali untuk sarapan paginya juga makannya beragam dan enak-enak.

Keren banget. Ke mana-mana dekat. Kamarnya luas dan sangat nyaman. Pokoknya bakal ke situ lagi.

Nice location, clean and comfortable place.

The room was very spacious, located on high floors with two beds as requested. And upon arrival, we were informed that ours were upgraded to the newly renovated premium rooms, which gives us two queen beds instead of single beds. The bathroom doesn't have a tub, but all other amenities are complete. Showers have great pressure, with hot & cold water. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, near shopping area. The staff are friendly. We have difficulty with our room key that doesn't work, so we need to go to the front office. But overall, it's a recommended place to stay.

Amari Watergate Hotel (now at Amari Bangkok) is the best location if you want to shop around. It's our second time staying at the hotel with in 6 months! The staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed stay there and waiting to go back again!

The room and bathroom are old and outdated, the minibar is empty, water only …. The breakfast buffet is average compare to Amari Pattaya. This is not a great deal in Bangkok in my opinion! (120€/night incl. Breakfast).
