我的行李被放在802房間，可能是客房服務人員打開的，我的香奈兒產品不見了。我抵達印尼後打開行李才發現。真是太令人失望了。入住這家飯店要小心。

I recently stayed at Village Hotel Bugis and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The property offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and value—making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest advantages. It is only about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), and just steps away from Bugis Junction and Bugis Street, two of Singapore’s most vibrant shopping and dining areas. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store directly across the hotel, which is very handy for quick needs or late-night snacks. Although the building appears slightly dated, the facilities are well-maintained and function perfectly fine, ensuring guests still enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating—they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers. Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. Overall, Village Hotel Bugis delivers an excellent stay experience that balances comfort, accessibility, and value—definitely a hotel I would recommend for anyone visiting Singapore.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan masjid dan di depan hotel ada Sevel.

Good location, excellent facility, excellent service especially when you want to keep your luggage before check in or after check out. Very near with "Bugis Street" and MRT Bugis and also shuttle bus, you just walk around 5 minutes...there you go...you can explore Bugis Street, also 15 minutes by walking to Mustafa Centre. I stay here for 1 night and I request for connecting door because I booked for two rooms, and they provided it. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I recommend this hotel for all those who want to stay near Bugis Street.

Saya menginap 3 hari, alhamdulillah nyaman... terutama karena dekat Masjid Sultan.

The best is that it's near Sultan Mosque and near Arab Street. Location wise, you can't beat it.

the bed was great, it's just the toilet was in the corner, too small and was not with a bathtub as I expected and the toilet door is a bit rustic inside. The TV didnt work but since I focused on work, didnt call the hotel to fix it. Previously I have stayed always in twin bed and the room and bathroom usually awesome. And I never get room with breakfast from my reservation app. Only room for family has bed with breakfast. :( I hope one day this hotel will provide more rooms with breakfast choices.

Overall oke, anak saya enjoy, tempatnya strategis buat ke mana pun sih.

Lumayan buat stay semalam saja. Barang2nya lama blm diperbaharui. Untuk luas sangat lumayan, ada bidet.
