什麼設施都有SPA, 泳池, 腳踏車和健身房。 而且價格合理。 工作人員都非常和善及專業。

The front desk staff are real nice and polite, however the hotel is way too old to call it self a 4 stars hotel. You can see the worn out in most of the place. Meanwhile, they provide the softest and uncomfortable pillow. The room smell a little bit probably cause by the moldy carpet, toilet is also out of date, and the swimming pool wasn’t opened cause it’s out of order not cause of the corona virus..

Globalement correcte attention à la diffusion d informations qui laisse à désirer et la présence de congrès régulier qui gêne les clients individuels. Petit déjeuné bien assez fournis et le spa et la piscine propre et bien entretenue.

Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnte früher einchecken als gedacht. Frühstück war unglaublich vielseitig, gut und lecker!!!! Danke, gerne wieder.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Preis/Leistung naja…. Ich hätte mir in der Hotelbeschreibung einen Hinweis darauf gewünscht, dass Benutzung von Aqua und Spa 7,50 € pro Person kostet. Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr teuer. Günstig hingegen kostenlose Parkplätze in den Nebenstraßen zu nutzen.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit reichlich Platz. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Hotel aus lässt sich fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a one week stay with my kiddos and they really enjoyed our visit. The hotel had Easter crafts setup that my kids were excited about. The pool is awesome but the sauna had limited hours and I wasn’t able to utilize it as much. But the Golden Apple tea in the spa area made up for that! Only minor issues were that there wasn’t a USB outlet or fridge in the room and no fan in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean and the staff was excellent and very helpful (Philip at the front desk was my kids favorite)! Overall it was a great experience and are looking forward to our next stay at Dorint Potsdam😊

Didn’t appreciate two single beds on wheels put together that would roll away from each other in the middle of the night. Apart from that, okay hotel but bit outdated

We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Die Lage ist super alles fussläufig zu erreichen . Die Zimmer sind schlicht und einfach . Leider geht die Lüftung im Bad nicht und die Schiebetüren des Schrankes auch nicht . Personal ist freundlich , dennoch könnten sie an Beschwerde Management noch etwas arbeiten . Wir hatten eine Baustelle im Flur direkt neben dem Zimmer. Abgesehen von dem Bohr Lärm um 9 und den Dreck, sind wir schwierig ins Zimmer gekommen, da es gesperrt war. Nur mit großen Umweg und Treppen ging es . Das Hotel war leer, daher versteh ich nicht , warum man uns genau dieses Zimmer gibt. Als ich es ansprach wurde nur beschämt gelächelt .

Alles wirklich top. Einziges Manko die hohen Zuzahlungen beim Parken (sehr hoch, habe dann auf der Straße kostenlos geparkt) und bei der Schwimmbadnutzung.

Leider stand der Pool nicht zur Verfügung, aber dafür durften wir kostenlos den SPA-Bereich nutzen. Lobenswert, schnelle unkomplizierte Alternative gefunden. Das Personal hat einen unglaublich tollen Eindruck hinterlassen, ich finde das geht gar nicht besser. Ausnahmslos freundlich und motiviert, danke dafür! Zimmer war wirklich sehr geräumig, allerdings etwas Vintage :) aber pikobello sauber! Frühstück war toll, aber es ginge noch besser. Für mich eine glatte "2". Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich: Es gab Abendessen am Ankunftstag überhaupt nicht und für den Rest der Woche nur als Buffet für 40€ pro Person. Wir waren nicht die einzigen, denen das aufgestoßen ist. Wenn es nicht anders geht, wegen Personalmangel oder was für einem anderen Grund auch immer, dann sollte man das _vorher_ klar kommunizieren!! Danke aber an den Kollegen von der Rezeption, der uns den "fliegenden Holländer" als Restaurant-Tipp genannt hatte, das war suuuuper!! Wirklich zu empfehlen!
