is is the first time we visited this hotet because of the business trip. In my mind, the location and cleaning is important. Hotel Location The location is good as there are lots of food restaurants and coffee shops to eat. Such as, McDonalds and Starbucks within few mins walk. It is also accessible to main place of interest through subway. Easy access to a couple of Gare du Nord Station metro lines that get you right to the center of Paris. And you can take 20 minute walk from some of the major sights in Paris and near the gare du nord. The hotel location also very close to the Folies Bergères, the theaters, the Grands Boulevards, the department stores for shopping. We love the location and saving many time for traffic. You can back to hotel first after you shopping and carrying many goods. We are also recommend staying this hotel for travelling and business trip. Hotel Services Hotel staff were very nice and helpful and professional. The room size is big and so cozy. The room with a comfortable twin bed and pillows and blackout curtains. The air conditioning was fine and amenities adequate. The washroom size is normal. The toliet was separated from the bathroom. And also there was a small corner of the roof the bathroom was a bit dirty. Please improve. I disppointed for the limited elevator capacity, carried only two people and two lugguage size, it was inconvenience and wasting time to queue up once overweighted and fully occupied.

The hotel has great location and many restaurants nearby, 10-15mins walk to the north station. And it close to the subway station and a lot of great viewsights. The size of the room is not big but enough for two peoples, I do hope the bathroom could be bigger especially the shower area, the water is hot enough and has enough pressure. The pillows and duvet could be better. The rooms are closer so sometimes could hear the sound from other rooms but it’s very quite at night. The lift could fit two people with one medium suitcase. The staffs are really friendly and helpful, we didn’t eat the breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant looks great. We had a really great time in Paris and would like to stay here again:)

nice hotel with air-conditioner and near to metro stations

Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff which can answer all my questions promptly. They have shuttle bus to the airport in good price too but just I don't aware and didn't take that services. Just the bathroom do not have any hangers that I have no where to hang my clothes and towel.

Very tiny room.toilet and bathroom on different corner. No area for hand wash after toilet so have to walk to another side, bathroom where the door always keep close automatically . Tv on almost ceiling. Keep you head up up up away and make you watch less tv.

Room and staff were both good, but the breakfast have not many choices.

Very convenient location. However, the door of the room needs to be locked by the key and we only had one key. So, when one of us need to go out, the other person needs to keep the key to lock up the room. Or, the person who goes out keep the key and lock the person inside the room. There was no kettle inside the room so we could not boil water.

Lovely style and decoration, theatrical. the mattress needs replacing, maintenance needs improving - broken lever for basis plug, missing plastic seals at bottom of each shower door - wet bathroom floor. Pleasant helpful staff.

It is an old property as expected but it wasn’t as clean as it should be. I even saw mold in the bathroom ceiling. The bed was old and the mattress concave. The room was incredibly small that I had to walk sideways to get to the other side (and I’m only130lbs). I believe check in is at 2pm, but my room wasn’t ready until 3:30. The carpet is black and there was so much visible dust and lint, you can tell it needed a good vacuum. I asked them to give the room a deep cleaning. My friend had her room changed because her bathroom had a lot of mold spots. I was there during the heatwave, they had water locked up because you have to pay for it, but the front desk didn’t have the key to get the water and the night manager told me to walk to the mini market late at night. Just bad service. The coffee was free and it was very good.

The decor is great! Our room was comfortable. The only problem was the first night. We were not in the room we reserved, it was much smaller and had no air conditioning. They gave us free breakfast the next morning. It didn't make up for the cost of the upgraded room. I was not happy. It was a little far from everything as well.

Excellent accueil et personnel attentionné. Lit (king) très confortable et literie de qualité. Tranquillité (nous avions demandé une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue). Par contre, elle était plutôt petite avec peu d'espace pour ouvrir et manipuler 2 grandes valises et 2 valises de cabine. Déco de cette chambre bien ordinaire. Salle de bain avec bain-douche bien fonctionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner buffet bien garni salle à manger agréable.

Their breakfast cost $18 each person but nothing to eat. All trays are empty. No one to clean up their tables, no one to add food. Transportation not so convenient. Not recommended this hotel.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant Et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées

THERE IS NO PARKING! They say they have parking but they do not. Street parking is 18 Euro per hour. The walls are paper thin, which is to be expected with an old building, but you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Très bon hôtel avec des chambres très confortables et agréables . Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Je recommande sans réserve .
