Close to metro

The staff and employees were all kind and considerate. The rooms need a little more love and upgrade for the amount I was charged. The hotel smelled like weed in hallways and elevators. It was awful for someone that has upper respiratory issues. I won’t be staying here again.

The rooms were nice and clean, staff was pleasant. I would definitely stay again. Close to Barclay's Center and NYC Transit .

The staff was amazing!! The hotel is in a great location, there is a lot to do around the hotel area. Parking is expensive that’s the only downfall. For 9 nights I had to pay just under $600 usd just on parking. The rooms are nice, amenities were all good and the hotel is a busy hotel with people checking in all hours of the night. Very comfortable with a lot of nearby shopping.

We stayed in an executive double room The room was spacious with great views of the City. The shower & two sinks were perfect for our party of 3. The bed was comfortable, but the sleeper sofa was outdated. We didn't pull out the sofa as there weren't any bed linens for it.

I really enjoyed my stay

The rooms were spacious, which I appreciated. However, I think they could use some updates and renovations, as they felt a bit outdated. The USB ports, for example, were still the old type, and it would be great if the newer USB outlets could be implemented. In the bathroom, the bathtubs are still in place with curtains, whereas I believe more modern solutions like sliding glass doors would be better. On the positive side, the breakfast options were good, and the staff were generally very friendly. I would especially like to thank Rosemary, the housekeeping staff, for her attentiveness and care. The location is excellent—many restaurants nearby and very central. Transportation is also very convenient, with a metro station and bus stops just about a one-minute walk away.

The hotel is quite roomy for a New York City hotel. When we checked in the WiFi didn’t work in our room. They moved us to another room but the reception/internet service was still poor. Other than that, it was a good stay and in an area that is accessible to restaurants and some shopping.

Hotel is tired and needs to be renovated. Some of the loo y lounge furniture very dirty. Rooms ok. On the plus side the staff
