The room was spacious and clean, except for those unprofessional front desk staffs. The first male staff did not explain the deposit and vacation fee, and did not smile at all. Though I understand every hotel requires deposit and vacation fee, this is very unprofessional that he just directly record my credit card without a word. Also, there was another female staff very impatient who yelled at us to open the front door by key card, and never greet to us. I just want to say this is a fine hotel, but I wish you can train your staffs more.

Expedia VIP showed that there was a bottle of free red wine, but there was no one in the room. When I asked them, they said that there was no more, and we could drink a glass of free red wine at the bar. When I asked them again after going out, they offered us a bottle of red wine they found for me. The hotel staff is very friendly

If a a smoking hotel, don’t say you weren’t warned. And I mean it’s prevalent everywhere on every floor. Do not bother unless you like to smoke. Management is incompetent to enforce their own non smoking policy, don’t stay here unless you like smoke.

Friendly and convenient and competitively priced . The staff was a GREAT example of hospitality . My room was outstanding ! Large floor plan with a balcony overlooking Dupint Circle was a great way to relax after a day of touring and shopping !

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower however, up to date photos will need to be advertised because the photos Expedia advertise for this hotel will make a person feel like the hotel is so luxurious and it’s not

From Check-in to Check out, is quick, staff (Karen & Sara) professional, accommodating and personable. Friends and I had dinner at FireFly and it was incredible—we had about six dishes on our table; each and every one was delicious! Our server, Patrick was attentive but not annoying, we enjoyed our meal immensely. Will definitely stay again!

Positives: Nice hard floors in rooms, modern walk-in showers, nice little bar and restaurant with good a la carte options (weekday breakfast options are light). Negatives: uncomfortable mattresses on both the king beds and the pulley sofas. Weed smell everywhere on the corridors and elevators

Very nice large room, perfect location, very pleasant staff. They came in and cleaned, changed towels and changed the sheets every single day.

Property was very nice and clean. Has a restaurant downstairs and it was a nice area. Many places to walk to. I love how there was water and ice conveniently on every floor. Parking could be a little tricky but they have valet service for a fee and that saves you the trouble of finding parking yourself. 10/10, would definitely go back.
