Was a tired hotel but clean and convenient for our purpose. Staff were friendly.

The amenities were nice and the staff very helpful, but the room had a dirty smell (223) and the carpet was stained. The breakfast was overcrowded when we went down with no seating. There is no elevator and we were put on the second floor. I use a cane and even a walker so it was very difficult.

Very comfortable and clean, the staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast provided was good and amenities in the room fulfilled our needs.

I don't recommend it. The price is high, the facilities are old, the room is small, and they don't offer complimentary or in-room water. The breakfast staff is unfriendly.

Even with the hotel being clean, pet friendly, in a good location with good amenities, the thing that stood out was the excellent, happy and helpful attitude of every member of the staff.

This hôtel needs to be renovated. The carpet in the corridor was very dirty and the staircase and dirt and need to be wash. The outside also need to be clean. You can find better hotel in the are a for the same Price.

Room was clean and fresh, bedding, towels and bathroom were also in excellent condition. Staff were excellent and helpful when asked about places to visit in the area, lots of parking

This is the worst experience I had with this hotel in my entire travel since 15 years. I booked this hotel thinking it would be great stay for my family with 2 year old daughter but it turned out to be the worst nightmare. The moment I entered the room the observations are as per below:- 1) Room was stinking like anything and it felt like that the room was not opened and cleaned since long. 2) Carpet in the room was so dirty that it almost felt it had never been vaccummed. 3) The room had spiders 4) The bed sheet had hairs on it and it looked like those hairs were from some sort of pet as it was a pet friendly hotel. When told about this to the front desk reception, she kept on saying that they just cleaned the room like 10 minutes ago which was a big lie. She told me to open the windows for the stinky smell in the room. I asked her to change my room or give me a cleaner room for which she denied upfront on the face. We were travelling to Tobermory and was expected to come back late evening and she said she cant do anything. I have all the pictures to support my review. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not even spent 20 minutes in the room and I booked another great property - Best Western on the Bay which had great clean rooms with amazing view on the lakefront. I paid $300 for this dirty room. Thia room is not even worth of $50. If someone wants to get a skin problem their rooms are best for that.
