At check in I was given a room on the 2nd floor. My adult son is a paraplegic and uses a wheelchair. I asked where the elevator was only to be informed that there wasn’t one. I told them that I could not carry him up the stairs. I was forced to pay an additional $10 to get on room on the main level. This is totally unacceptable. The entrance into the main lobby isn’t completely wheelchair friendly either. There is a 2-3 inch lip that my son needed help getting in. I would not stay here again.

Chambre impeccable. Personnel courtois. Petit déjeuner laisse a désiré.... Omelette froide, croissant manque de cuisson, pas de pince pour prendre les croissants, les beignes...

Chambre confortable et bon déjeuner

Our room was clean and updated. The room felt cozy and warm. It was very quiet except for the sound of doors closing. There were two hockey teams staying at the hotel during our stay and we didn't hear anything! Easy free parking and the location is near everything. Bilingual guest facing staff, but not all staff are bilingual, so be prepared to use your phone to translate. We would definitely stay again.

Il faudrait indiquer qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Le déjeuner moins que moyen.

Très mauvaise insonorisation, climatiseur bruyant.

Chambre propre . Déjeuner continental varié, mais la propreté du comptoir déjeuner aurait pu être mieux (personne ne ramassait les miettes ou ne nettoyait les comptoirs déjeuner ou les tables) Sinon tout était ok.
