Room was spotless bed very comfortable

room was clean but you can tell the hotel is older. The updates are done nice. the check in was fast and simple and breakfast was good.

Our experience was excellent. It was clean, the staff were friendly and willing to answer our questions, the included breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I would highly recommend this motel.

Breakfast wasn't the best.... but it depends on what you like to eat

This property backs onto a major road so you can hear traffic. The breakfast area was small with limited seating.Food variety typical. I don’t believe there is an elevator so make sure to book street level if you have lots of luggage or have any ailments. Bathroom has no counter space.

I was in a walking boot with a broken foot and stayed here because I had a 6 30 appointment at the fracture clinic in Orillia. I had booked this room on Hotels.com thinking I had booked a room on the first floor. When I arrived it was not busy and it took an unusually long time for the guy on the front desk to check me in. Then I was given a room on the second floor and the fellow at the front desk was not willing to move my room....there is no elevator in this hotel and I had to struggle my way up the stairs. The entranced in and our of the hotel are not level and I would not consider this an accessible property.

All the staff we ran into were extremely friendly and the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable too. Will definitely book a room there again.

Breakfast was good. Parking was ample and free and they had 6 ev chargers which was great.

Our stay was just one night as we made our way north and found some sites of interest in Orillia before moving on. Check-in was easy and quick. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Extra pillows and towels too! Complimentary breakfast had options and was pretty good. Free parking on site.

The front desk lady was very rude to other customers/people checking in, and to her employees.

Old hotel, very clean, professional and polite staff. Room in great condition. Quiet in a cul de sac.🤓
