The Comfort Inn never disappoints. Why pay high prices for big chain names when Choice Hotels always provides everything that is needed and more. Friendly staff, clean room, generous breakfast options, comfortable bed, modern room, loved the ground level room with sliding patio door and deck chairs to enjoy the coffee and sunshine.

Friendly staff member checked us in at 2:00am Room was clean, comfy fresh bed. Easy parking No elevator, having one would have made it easier getting to the second floor.

Everything was good. Nice to have a lift for old people.

We decided to stay here before our flight from Halifax. It is only 35 minutes from the airport. It looks like rooms have been recently updated. We choose a king bed and it was very comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor and we could access the room via a sliding door to our vehicle. The breakfast they offer is decent and coffee and tea are available all day. They have a washer and dryer available for guest use, the washer cost $2.50 per load which was the cost of the detergent pod. I would stay there again if travelling this way.

Rebecca at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were clean. Lots of parking & close to many food, gas & mall.

The room and the hotel overall were great. My only complaint is the lack of seating for breakfast. With that many rooms there should be more than 2 tables. We ended up carrying our breakfast back to our room. But the food was very good.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Location excellent. Staff very helpful re restaurants in Truro. The Nook and Cranny was outstanding! Breakfast food just fine but area for breakfast very small. Parking great.

Great centralized site for anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced motel just off the highway.

We are seniors. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. There was no one available to help us get our bags upstairs. We were directed to a stairwell in which there was dried vomit on the stairs. We had to stop and rest our cases on each filthy step. It was disgusting. Our room had uncleaned drip marks from past guests on the furniture. Thankfully the bathroom and beds were clean and comfortable. I’m sorry to say we will never book at a Comfort Inn again. We could see that staff were trying, and they were courteous. But, it was awful.

Breakfast was over crowded otherwise good overall

Traveling for a month, we had quite a lot of luggage with us. Unfortunately we were on the second floor and no elevator. Not the most convenient, but not a deal breaker either. Breakfast was good… typical Choice Hotel selection.
