Breakfast food is average. Breakfast room is pretty small, not well-lighted. Hotel facade looks poor. Bed size is not as pictured. Shower head water is weak. However, washroom is clean, room is clean. But no parking reserved for second floor rooms (only for first/ground floor), had to park around somewhere else within hotel premises. Room doors make little noises when opened and closed. Reception room is small. However, security is good (with security guards on site and on duty). Toilet flush is not strong for use 1 time (had to flush at least 2 times). Room floor carpet looks old and dark (due to dark color), beds look normal and old. Rated maximum 3/3.5 star. Refund of incidental fund deposit is fast, very good (even before checkout) . View from window is ok, not beautiful. Not quite good for price for 1 night, even when discounted . Felt a bit disillusioned! Air condition is good! I will speak outspokenly: I will never return, will not dare to recommend this hotel to anyone! Tks for reading!

We traveled with our daughter and husband. We arrived at 3:02pm to check in. Our room was ready, but daughter couldn't check in until 3:30pm. Was not terribly happy about that.

The free breakfast was very good, hot food eggs, bacon, waffles and potatoes.

Our 2-night stay was pleasant and comfortable. Our pet-friendly room was perfect for our puppy and for his first time in a hotel, it was a very positive experience. We enjoyed the breakfast provided both mornings and, although the parking lot was very busy, we were able to find a convenient spot to park. Our only comment was that there was no shower gel provided in the washroom for bathing, just the tiny bars of soap. We would stay again! Location was close to the highway and a Food Basics.

There is no pool on site. You are given a voucher and have to walk 5 mins. down the road to a pool. We did not bother. The mattress cover on the bed had to be removed as the stuffing had lumped together during washing and was mega lumpy. Front desk employee could not direct us to shopping in the area. Breakfast was mediocre. Cold cereal, scrambled eggs, frozen mini potatoes, frozen round breakfast sausage. Usual waffle machine, breads and bagels. Tiny breakfast area and many of the outdoor staff were enjoying a free breakfast as well. Place was very clean. Parking free and easy. For the price, would not recommend. Once booked, it's non refundable as well.

Great property

The room was clean, the lady at the front desk was super sweet, breakfast was delicious. The only complaint I have is that the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything, like the neighbor’s TV or talking. But asides from that I don’t really have many complaints, maybe if you stay during the weekend you MIGHT not get parking.

I booked two rooms. Upon check-in I was told that I will get a reserved parking spot. When we can back at night, I didn’t find a parking spot and when I complained ro receptions, they said there is nothing they can do and that they are fully booked for the weekend.

Lots of local eateries and only 20mins from the city centre

I needed to stay for one night as I was staying nearby for an exam, the hotel was clean, the room was big, and there was parking and breakfast, which was very helpful.

Room was very musty. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

An ok two story hotel, but all 1st floor rooms are rented out monthly - and no elevator. Lots of smokers (usually friendly) sitting outside exits. Room itself was decent with comfortable bed. We didn't do breakfast so no comment there. Had a nice restaurant right next door.
