We stayed here for an event at the amphitheater. It was a great walking distance for the concert. The staff was fantastic, and the hotel was wonderful. Very clean and nice.

Great place to stay

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the food at this hotel. The chicken wings were drenched in oil, cold in the middle, and clearly just dropped into a fryer, leaving a thick layer of fat and grease that made them completely inedible. I returned them immediately, saying they were disgusting. The grilled cheese was equally bad, smothered in butter and impossible to eat. Both meals were returned, yet I was still charged at checkout.

The room was not cleaned my last night there. I returned at 9:15 that evening and found the room had not been touched. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels.

No more or less than expected.

Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Conveniently located by the highway with tons of restaurants nearby. Het a balcony room for the added space. Quiet area and hotel also has a bistro downstairs with indoor pool.

The pillow were awful quality. They were like flat bricks.

Clean, safe and great staff

The staff was very respectful.

I requested a two Queen bed room and was given a King bed with a pullout sofa bed. I was not told about the change, but we made it work. I would have liked to know that beforehand.

I loved the scenery great for taking pictures

It was clean and felt safe. The general manager went above and beyond for us.

Great property. At least free coffee in the morning would have been nice. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get 1Cup of coffee. But overall a very nice place to stay.
