Friendly staff and a really nice clean room. The pool was lovely, plenty of space for everyone.

Billed me for damage I did not cause and manager refuses to reach back out to me after multiple attemps of contacting them over the phone and in person.

Everything was good

I booked a room here as my halfway stop from the Bay Area to San Diego. I had a 26FT truck along with my vehicle being towed. I arrived on site at 2AM. When I spoke with the front desk person they informed me I had already checked into my room at 5PM. Which is impossible being that I was on the road. They gave away my room to someone else without even checking their identification. I wasn’t able to check into my room until 3AM. On top of that I had to pay an addition $170 dollars, and I had already paid for my room online. I have yet to receive my refund. Avoid coming here at all cost.

Hotels in a great area. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. A/C works great. Bathroom is big. Stayed here before and will stay again. Spend the little extra money to stay here...it's well worth it!
