The only complaint I have is that I paid extra for a non-smoking room and noticed that all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. That said, my room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Great stay

The rooms opened directly to the outside not to a hallway. No elevator. My first room smelled like smoke so I asked for a different room. My second room did not have bath towels. I knew it was a basic hotel but I expected better basic quality.

The front desk was friendly, however, the room had holes in it, the locks did not work appropriately. Felt very unsafe.

It was "new" that we charged an early fee (we checked in before 2 pm). The room was not clean (they only clean every three days, for conservation). Maybe the building can use an upgrade to a newer look, paint, so that the doors do not stick, and clean the curtains The TV was great, the staff were friendly, and professional

Room was spacious and clean, staff was great!

This hotel is located very easy to find off the main interstate and is near mini gas stations and restaurants

Clean beds and room. Area and environs seemed fairly quiet/safe. Somewhat dated bathroom but acceptable. Decent morning breakfast serving oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit. AC unit was fine, but room tended to be a bit humid. Friendly attentive staff - front desk, housekeping, especially the breakfast attendant who were very helpful and eager to do a good job. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were hard AF. We all woke up with sore backs. The shower head was dirty and making dribble out. Our front door didn’t close properly and luckily the electric door knob would beep when not secured.
