四周環境舒服，出入交通以自駕汽車為主。房間裝修較舊，設備普通，酒店內可供應的飲食選擇較少，鄰近餐廳也不多。

这是一所非常安静的酒店，环境优雅，到处都是森林。前台服务态度很好，早餐很丰盛。交通不算方便，走路到Ascot火车站需要20分钟。适合自驾的选择。看到很多带孩子的家庭旅游选择这个酒店，适合亲子游。中国客人非常少。

Clean, nice brekkie

Lovely pool area for children and adult areas in the spa. It was really busy with a lot of spa guests we couldn’t get anywhere to sit and realised when we left that spa guests had rudely left wet towels on the loungers after they’d left making us think they were taken. The entrance hall is lovely but has stairs whichever way you enter which is odd when they know people will bring cases. The rooms are really dated but clean. Our lamps didn’t work by the window, only half the room could be lit up. We had a family room with 2 single beds set up, one had a mattress and topper, the other just a topper so it sunk down without any weight on. We asked reception twice to rectify it but they didn’t. Breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were excellent and polite. This is our 2nd visit, not as good as our first one and I don’t think we’d return, sorry

Ideal for racing at ascot.

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended

Nice hotel. Spa is good unfortunately the pool was very cold and steamroom broken. Rooms were okay but need a referb, especially the bathrooms. Water stations along the corridor with still and sparkaling water was a nice touch, would be good if they came out ice cold rather than tap temperature. Plenty of parking on our stay. Breakfast was as you expect. Overall, for the price a good stay.

Located close to Ascot, but maybe far enough to drive as over a mile. Sunninghill is about half a mile up the hill. Hotel is a little tired, but does the job. The bar is fine, as is breakfast - what one would expect. The spa and pool ar ok - although two lanes for swimming aren't wide enough for two people, and often there are kids fighting with long noodle floats. The steam room is good some days, smelling clean and fresh, but other days it smells sweaty and dull. There's an outside jacuzzi.

Room is a little tired. Window locks for example all broken and no one has pulled the bed out a hoovered the dust. We had to ask for a room move as the bathroom fan was so noisy but this was sorted very quick. Breakfast lovely. Outdoor pool could do with a drain a scrub a the glass descaled but otherwise nice a warm.

The Spa was the best thing I enjoyed at this hotel thank you Needs an undercover visit to iron out some of the issues I'm not putting on here. Food and Drink very expensive for what you get Thats all on here

Not sure if I got the gritty room because I paid with my points or if most of the rooms are so tired and dated? Shower hanging out of holes in the wall tiles, paintwork flaking around doors, dirty marks on walls, tv so old that the remote still has a “teletext” button! If I got such a bad room because I wasn’t a fully paying customer then shame on The Berystede. I won’t be rushing back.

Excellent swimming pool and spa facilities and warm welcome from staff

Room was lovely - spacious, clean and good temperature control. Spa was nice and relaxing. Restaurant (food and staff) was a real let down. Very disappointing

Great staff, exceptional gym and leisure facilities. The food is of a very high standard, particularly the prawn tikka masala I had on this trip. My go to choice and stay at least 10 nights throughout the year for business.

Good large clean room which had a separate shower and bath.

Staff were lovely - reception, bar and restaurant The food was pretty good - fish beautiful, steak cooked well, sauces full of flavour - just chocolate fondant sadly overdone. I love the chilled & sparkling water tap! However, rooms are looking very tired, old and in need of a refurb. Better pillows, USB ports and adding some soundproofing would be good too On the whole great service, food & drinks but poor rooms and sleep quality

Tasha in the spa reception is absolutely amazing!!! Hotel lovely, couple of minor thing could make it better like a coffee machine in the breakfast area. But all in all a wonderful stay

Rooms are very tired and need some attention the rest was fine
