Stay was great

This hotel is located in a very shady area, and security is nonexistent. During my stay, a vehicle's window was smashed, and it was broken into right on the property. The building looks abandoned and run-down. The sketchy environment and lack of maintenance make the entire property feel incredibly unsafe. Your safety and your property are at risk here. Find somewhere else to stay.

Driving all the way from Banff back to London Ontario and this place was the cleanest and the best shower pressure by far. Highly recommend

Nice place in a location that worked for us

Staff are terrible . Terrible attitudes . The neighborhood is really sketchy . Hotel is dirty . Broken ice machines . Pool was way too warm and smelled so high of chlorine . no one at the front desk was of any help or efficiency . They can’t even answer questions properly because not one of them understands what you are asking . Room was ok but was lacking cleanliness . Felt like I was staying in the ghetto .

Nice place, many restaurants nearby.

I could use my Mastercard debit card to pay for the room but not check in

Vraiment beau comme hotel

The toilet flush kept unhooking inside the toilet to the point where I gave up and just started flushing manually. There was two large beetle looking bugs in the bathroom in the morning. The staff was super kind and provided me with extra pillows when I asked for some, and check in and check out was easy and everyone was very helpful and kind and had great personalities for hospitality. The person who brought me pillows was very kind and helpful. I loved the jetted bath tub - and I would stay again.

The was gum on the ceiling of our room shower wasn’t cleaned well either outlets in the room were all loose as well couldn’t charge my stuff the room itself was big and spacious staff was good also

At the check-in, we were put in a third-party because they were helping people that booked through them not to you guys so we were kind of waiting extra half an hour just to check in because we did book with them

The hotel was clean and staff were pretty friendly too. I would say the pool is way too saturated with chlorine.

A very nice hotel overall. The staff were really good. We had a drink at the bar and watched a bit of FIFA. World Cup. Parking was easy.

Front desk staff prioritizes people who booked directly rather than thru expedia when it comes to checking in

Comfortable and clean room

All was good

Unfortunately, my bed sheets had not been changed evidenced by all the body hair on the sheets and the fact that they were also crumbled. I took a video and to the credit of the front staff they upgraded me immediately to a better room on the top floor. Unfortunately, although the top floor bedsheets were visibly clean, there were some stains on the bathroom floor, it looked like pee droplets. In any case, I normally love staying at Holiday Inns but I won’t return to this one.

The stay was okay, staff was not very helpful. They did their bare minimum. Did not feel welcomed.

The front desk staff in the evening were very helpful kind and ensured the safety of guests after I reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The manager went outside and circulated. The room was clean and hotel overall was very clean. The front desk staff really stood out to me as super- best I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t usually stay at this location but due to the good service I would again.
