small room, simple breakfast

I stayed in the 'cheap and no-so-cheerful' single rooms for a business trip. I don't mind that rooms are small and basic or extremely drab in decor for this kind of trip; I just need a comfortable bed and sensible sleeping temperature. Unfortunately that's exactly what was lacking. The bed was extremely firm (read 'hard') and the room horribly hot and stuffy. The aircon didn't work, and even though some kind of air was blown into the room it's on a timer and turns off after about an hour of it's own accord - meaning I woke up every hour or so due to the stuffiness and heat. I opened both windows fully, but even this couldn't reduce the heat of the room and you are then treated to the Musicial Clock chiming full tunes every half and hour through the night. It's a shame as the location is fantastic and it could have been my regular overnight location, but being able to sleep is paramount.

It didn’t bother us, but it can be loud at night, especially on weekends. Otherwise, very good value

The property is centrally located and is accessible by public transportation. The room was perfect. Loved that it had a mini refrigerator and lots of restaurants close by- with walking distance

This hotel is great and conveniently located less than a 15 min walk from the central station. There are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, this may not be the place for you. I did find it a little noisy at night, but I had no issues sleeping. Overall a good stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend

To not have breakfast included at €300 per night is hard to understand. And bugs in the bathroom doesn’t make it any better. Very small room!

We felt right in the centre of shops and restaurants.

It was King's Day and it was extremely crowded, but we knew that when we reserved the property. We had a great balcony room so we could overlook the craziness going on in the city. The location was excellent, close to the main square, shopping, dining, etc. The best part was being directly across from the beautiful church! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was extremely helpful.

I stayed 3 nights and loved this hotel from old world charm to a huge Junior suite with wonderful view… and best of all location location location.. bus stop at front door but also everything in walking distance.. I recommend highly

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans cet hôtel car l’ascenseur était toujours en panne alors qu’il devait être réparé 1 mois avant notre venue. Néanmoins le réceptionniste a été charmant et efficace pour nous changer de NH. Seul problème, le prix n’était pas le même et impossible de me faire rembourser la différence.

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, shower was great and everything was very clean. It had a coffee maker, fridge, and kettle in the room. The location cannot be beat - so central and easy to get to the main station. My room had a beautiful view of the church across the street. The staff was very nice too. Highly recommend!!

Very convenient and central location and while the front desk service is at a minimum, they are helpful and available when contacted.

The lift was broken

Tired building. We've used it a fair bit over the years but every time we visit we're a little less likely to go back. The big boys are now in town down by the station providing a lot more for the same money.
