Need renovations

Lots of construction and inconvenient access due to building equipment blocking exits. Carpet uneven in hallway and is a safety hazard. Areas where there is heavy construction should be closed for access until completed. Front desk Staff not very friendly.

the staff was very polite but after reserving a room for a couple months out I got the last room available. I had to walk to the farthest room from the elevator on the top floor. they were over booked. the bed was the best bed I have slept in though. so comfortable I didn't want to get up. I gave them an average of 3 stars for the walking distance.

While it doesn’t seem to be located in the best part of town it’s pretty convenient, breakfast is free love that, pool was open this time around, parking was free. Far as the room goes it was clean. The bed was hard, the tub was not in the best condition but it was doable for the price. Ice machine is located near the laundry area which is also nice to have. Place is a little dated but nice.

The property was fine for the large amount of space. But I was overcharged and the room had lots of problems. The staff was fine but uninformed about pricing.

We normally like this brand of hotel. The hotel needs an upgrade.

The staff was very nice but the hotel could use some serious TLC. Stains on the couch, lampshades, and carpet, small holes in the walls, and the elevators were questionable.

The staff was very friendly including housekeeping. The pool area was very nice and they had plenty of drying towels available. The bathtub could have been a little bit more updated as well as the sofa in the room.

Great place to stay, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was good, not over cooked.

It was nice place. We had lots of space in our room. Breakfast was good. Pool was fun! Employees very nice and friendly service. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is rundown and dirty. Our first room the A/C didn’t work so they moved us. There was black mold on the A/C vents in the halls… all of them. Poorly repaired damage to walls, missing wallpaper, deteriorating doors, filthy floors with peeling carpet and missing trims… too much wrong to put here

Spacious rooms. Suites available Kitchen stalked with dishes was nice to have. A stove was good to have while it worked. Pool needs attention and the grill area in poor condition very outdated and rusted on grill plate

Room was clean expect for one thing. The pillowcase and sheets on one of the beds wasn't clean.

Good hotel for the price. Courteous staff. Rooms were spacious w/ good amenities. Could use some updates. Continental breakfast was good.

Loved our suite. It was perfect for our family of seven and located in a quiet spot on the property. Only issue was the pool was down for some reason. Front desk staff was incredible. Will definitely stay again.

The secondary security lock was inoperative. I was prepared to pay cash for my room and was informed they didn’t except cash! There is nothing on the web site to note this feature. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else.

I really liked the spacious rooms. My family of 6 stayed for one night and it was plenty of room for everyone. I really appreciated the two bathrooms. The breakfast was decent. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool. The check-in staff was nice. That was the only interaction I really had with the staff. I would recommend this hotel for future travels.
