the check out time was confusing. back of door said noon, but cleaning staff tried to get in before 11

Broken toilet. Bad handicap room requested and verified on check in. Not booked in advance. Pool closed. People were amazing. Facility poor for a Hilton

Staff was inefficient and rude.

Was a good stay easy access to airport only thing that i had issues couldnt turn the ac fan off and the blinds didnt close completely. Light was parking lot shined into my room all night. Otherwise would use it again for a quick ride to airport and stress free time

No included breakfast. The pay breakfast was a long time coming and then it was cold.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years and this time the experience was sub par. The corridors and the elevaror were very dirty, The bathroom had issues - the sink drain was broken. Breakfast was also disappointing. The server was very attentive, however when she brought out the food it was cold and not tasty. The scrambled eggs did not taste good and the omelette was also not great. The sausage, bacon and potatoes were cold.

Beautiful hotel and very easy to get to troy.

Need more lights in the room. The tub need to be fix. Water goes down slow

Have stayed multiple times and have always been pleased.

The hotel is filithy the elevator doors are filithy the loony smelled like bad Chinese restaurant. The floor by the bar my shoes stick to the floor. Room was below standar bathroom just ok. This is a management problem not an employee problem Management sets the bar the employees just follow. I would not stay at hotel again nor put any of my employees there.

staff freindly and helpful hotel a little bit dated

I had to be moved from one room to another due to a smell in my room. This place had been reviewed about odor and lack of cleanliness. All of that is true. Shame on Hilton. The staff however was extremely helpful and they seem to all be working very hard to provide a good experience even though the facility is not up to par.

Very convenient place to stay if flying out of Albany airport early in the morning. My only complaint would be the room we were in had a very musty smell.

When I arrived… the reception staff let me that a computer glitch was preventing guests from checking in. It was just past 3PM, and the line of arrivals was getting longer. The receptionist had no clue how long the computer issues would last. I decided to go to a fast food late lunch… when I returned to the hotel the problem had not been resolved. I was told to gather my luggage and meet a member of the staff at my room… and they would let me in… without a key… I was unable to leave the room… About an hour after I entered my room… the receptionist was knocking at my door with the key and a voucher for a free breakfast… The restaurant served up very good omelette the next morning… I ate 2 other meals there and enjoyed them very much… The shuttle service to the airport is 24 hours… and came in handy at 3:30 AM… I had a memorable stay… and recommend this property!

Inviting lobby and free coffee was nice

Fire alarm went off with no direction at 6am. Mo one ever came to clean room or change towels all day on Saturday. AC unit ran non stop and was extremely noisy

The doors were very hard to open and close. It was clean but needed repairs.
