For the most part, this was a very good airport hotel with nice rooms. The restaurant had very good, reasonably priced food. However, I am in a wheelchair at the moment. It was difficult to get into the shuttle, to get a wheelchair from the shuttle to the hotel, to get through the door of our room and so on. There may be more accessible rooms but the shuttle remains an issue.

Pros: the airport shuttle is great and the location is close is you have an early flight. For the price, it’s a good deal. Cons: the hotel is outdated, noisy, and only has one choice for dining, which is so so. It’s isolated so you have nowhere else yo go unless you take a taxi or uber.

No room service, front dest don't answer the phone. Fromt dest staff not friendly. Ros are clean and tidy.

It’s an airport hotel. Not great but not awful. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

This was a very quick stay as we pulled in late to grab a few hours before an early morning flight. I can say check in was fast, everything was clean, beds were comfy and the 4 am shuttle was on time.

We ask to be wake up at 3am and no ones call. Unacceptabble for an airport hotel. We wont be back.

When I checked in for our 1 night stay, I asked about in and out privileges as there was no other option for parking at the hotelotger thayn the paid parking. I was told yes in and out privileges were available, we simply pick up a ticket from the front desk that would allow us to get out, then come back in the morning to get another ticket when we leave. A fre days after we left I got a charge on my credit card. When I questioned what this was for I was informed it was for parking. It turns out that if tou don't purchase a park and fly pass (whether flying or not) you have to pay for parking. For a room that was over 300.00 for 1 night, to then receive an additional unexpected cost for parking, is unacceptable.

The stay was great but the check in was confusing. For some reason the reservation was canceled but I had received welcoming emails for my stay. So I guess mix up between hotel property and Hotels.com
