乾淨房間佈置設施很好

Poor service

La única parte es que yo estaba esperando una cama Queen y me dieron una cama matrimonial en la habitación, era bastante ruidosa

Todo bien, solo el desayuno esta muy mal. Solo es cafe y barritas de avena

No habia control de la Tv, no se nos proporciono la clave de WIFI, en la pagina dice que incluye desayuno lo cual no fue verdad, no habia cafe en la mañana, y no se realizo el aseo en la habitacion

Todo muy bien

Me quede 1 noche con la familia. Precioso, muy comodo y muy equipado.

Air conditioning was bad...tv did not work well

I don’t know what happened to this place last time my daughter and I stayed. It was great that was two years ago. This time nobody did any type of towel exchange betting service no housekeeping whatsoever the towel bar was broken. The bathtub would not drain the hallway where we were at smelled like dirty wet trash was all in all horrible experience. The room was hot. The AC barely did anything to cool the room. I’m just glad I was on my own. when I asked the staff, I got conflicting reports as far as who’s responsible for throwing trash when they throw the trash and housekeeping as far as changing linens and towels got two different stories basically the same. We are responsible for our own stuff yet the laundry room was by credit card only and you had to download an app. It was far from convenient.

The air conditioning was very noisy

so so but it was very cheap. so, overall not bad for the money we paid.

Me llamaron a la habitación por la mañana para que me saliera, por qué no era una habitación asignada para mi Ya me la habían asignado desde un principio y me llamaron para sacarme del cuarto

They have to improve breakfast by just adding milk it would be a step forward

Spacious rooms and great staff

No más el desayuno les falta algo más maizoro fruta etc más vatiedad

En si la propiedad está ya antigua pero eso no era un problema, lo que no me gustó fue el olor a viejo en la habitación que a mi hijo le provocó alergias. No tienen máquina de hielo cosa que el otros hoteles aún más antiguos si han tenido y el aire acondicionado estaba un poco ruidoso por lo mismo viejo.
