The hotel destination is clearly instructed， signage is everywhere. Staff are helpful. They can provide all information you needed.

酒店位置非常好，走几步就到市政府了，开车也好找，有自己的停车场，每晚15欧，服务人员态度非常好，早餐也不错，很丰富，肉食很多，唯一小插曲就是退房时电梯坏了，提着箱子下三楼。总之如果去纽伦堡，还会选择这里。

Lovely hotel locates at the center of Nuremberg. Hotel facilities was average but the overall staying experience matches and over it's cost.

Great location next to so many things to see and do. We enjoyed walking the nearby castle and city walls as well as going on a tour through the tunnels and secret passages.

お城や教会にアクセスが近く場所の立地がいいのに静か。お部屋も思ったより広く、清潔でいい。スタッフもとても親切だし、朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです。残念なのは、タオルは新しいのに交換してくれるものの、シミが残っていること。あと、エントランスを入るとタバスコ臭がなぜかする。この2点を除けば完璧。ニュルンベルクに来るときはまたここを利用したい。

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to all the places you will want to go and in a quiet back street. The staff were superb, always willing to help and providing us with our English breakfast tea when we needed it. Breakfast was nice too. Everything was clean and tidy.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff. Only thing we wish it had was conditioner for your hair. They only have shampoo. Maybe that is normal in Germany?

This hotel is very central which is why I chose it and it didn't disappoint. It is so close to the castle and Christmas markets that you definitely don't need a car, it is also a nice walk along the river to where the trails were held. The staff are great and extremely helpful even allowing us to check in early. The rooms have everything you need and are kept clean and tidy. I have recommended this hotel to clients as a must if you are in Nuremberg

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Parking in the garage was easy. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was fresh. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Die Zimmer waren einfach ausgestattet, teilweise „abgenutzt“. Die Betten waren leider für mich nicht bequem aber das ist Geschmacksache. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht.

The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Very old and worn down, but the location was amazing and so was the staff.
