本來入住是喜歡這酒店室外spa 温泉，但堂去到才知維修幾天！很失望！對這次住室很失望和無了價值！值得一讚這酒店餐廳的食物水準很好！侍應生介紹菜單很细心，很好服務態度！但Reception 就一般般

酒店自带温泉，而且人不多，满足我们不想人泡人的要求，不过前台服务不好

房间一般，淋浴管漏水，没有洗手液，给前台打电话还要收取通话费！

温泉不大，但是室外温泉景色不错，可以欣赏瑞士的高山美景。比起其他公共浴场，我更愿意选择有独立温泉的酒店，一来泡温泉的人少了许多，二来泡完温泉就可以直接进房间洗澡睡觉，享受啊~~~

Tolles Thermalbad und gediegenes, modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Grosse Zimmer aber winziges Badezimmer.

Fantastisk hotel og beliggenhed. Pools ude og inde er skønne. Der er 2 fede muligheder for ture med gondoler lige ved hotellet og byen er virkelig også hyggelig. Go restaurant og morgenmad i top.

Die Zeit war extrem kurzweilig. So viele Wandermöglichkeiten und anschließend im Bad und der Sauna erholen! Ein umfassendes Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten und freundlichem, bilingualem Personal! Schon bei der Ankunft begann die Erholung und zeigte sich die (Kinder-)Freundlichkeit! Gerne bald wieder

Great stay in this hotel with very nice thermal pools, very enjoyable warm large pool, comfortable room, good food.

personal very! friendly very spacious breakfast- and dining room very good breakfast, no queues very good dinner, but the restaurants outside are also very recommendable (and less expensive) the spa area is really good and spacious! the hot water pools are warm enough also in winter and they even have a cool water pond. - the hotel looks a bit "aged" and so does the rooms. I had a balcony where the wooden floor really looked bad and dark and shabby. The hotel doesn't seem to invest much in the single rooms /lifts etc. It feels as you'd be in the 1940ies. That's a bit a pity because apart from that it's actually very nice here (also for kids).

Beautiful location. Hotel is dated but you can’t beat the view. Spa could have been warmer.

The two persons in the reception are the worst people you can have to represent the hotel, they are rude specially the lady. But the people in the restaurant and the kitchen are the best, five ⭐️ for them.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, ansprechend grosse Becken im Thermalbad, innen und aussen, gute Betten.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Es bracht noch Chat immer eine komplett Renovation aber etwas neue Farbe und punktuell neue Böden würden schon sehr viel bewirken. Spa nicht wirklich toll. Teppichboden in Zimmer wirkt alt und das Bett was sehr durchgelegen.
