Sehr schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage mit Blick auf die Zugspitze. Frühstück buffet ist etwas spärlich für +4 Sterne look and feel buffet ist praktisch und nicht hochwertig und das ist leicht machbar mit wenig invest. Das Bircher Müsli war vergoren und schlecht am Abreisetag und das Personal ungeschult spricht kaum Deutsch und überfordert mit dem Service der zu einem 4 Sterne Hotel gehört. Es gibt kein Hinweis wann Essenszeiten sind wurde auch beim Check in nicht erklärt. Mir wurde direkt mitgeteilt ich kann kein Abendessen es gibt nicht genug Personal es wurde nicht auf Wellness Bereich oder Anwendungen hingewiesen noch gibt es Informationen im Zimmer und auch keinen Kühlschrank. Mobiliar wunderbar und toll dekoriert Personal freundlich aber keine Ausbildung 4 Sterne . Hotel ist super für Ruhe!! Ich bin gerne fort gewesen aber Kommunikation und Frühstück wünsche ich mir besser.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr Freundliches Personal. An manchen Punkten merkt man das Alter des Gebäudes und an anderen Stellen fehlt etwas das Finetuning

호텔 방의 테라스에서 웅장하고 아름다운 츄크슈피체의 모습을 보면 천국에 와있는 느낌이 듭니다. 직원들도 전반적으로 친절하고 조식도 고급집니다. 주변에 볼거리들도 많아요. 동양인은 거의 없고, 대중교통 보다는 렌터카 이용이 훨씬 효율적입니다. 적극 추천합니다

Celebrated an anniversary and birthday while staying at the Waxenstein. An anniversary card and chocolates in our room and a special birthday breakfast table with champagne for my wife’s birthday. All unexpected but greatly appreciated. No doubt our future trip to Grainau will include a stay at the Waxenstein.

Sehr schönes edles Hotel mit direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze. Obwohl wir vorher Bescheid gesagt hatten, dass wir 40. Hochzeitstag feiern, gab es vom Hotelpersonal noch nicht mal einen Glückwunsch, geschweige denn eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Würden wir schon erwarten bei einem Vier-Sterne-Superior-Hotel. Frühstück war jedenfalls sehr gut und das Zimmer war auch schön.

Incredible view, excellent dinning, friendly staff!

Vi (2 voksne og 2 børn) havde et rigtig dejligt ophold. Venlig betjening, lækker mad og en fin pool til afslapning. Hotellet gav os et Grainau kort så vi kunne køre med bus/hotel gratis samt komme i svømmehallen gratis. Nem adgang til smuk natur.

주차 무료이며, 직원의 친절이 너무 좋습니다. 퍼블릭 차량 바우쳐도 줍니다.

Lovely location. Breakfast was excellent

Close to skiing and wonderful restaurants. We walked everywhere. Cozy lounge and restaurant with antique decor. Professional, friendly, helpful staff who provided everything we needed to have a great time in the area. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

We liked that we could walk to town, where restaurants were plenty, and was a very short drive to the Zugspitze. But above all this, we absolutely love the Mountain Views, the beautiful flowers and the peace and quiet.
