Very cool historic hotel in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Visitors must check out the speakeasy next door.

My day was short and sweet. Everyone was very nice.

The location was close to the airport. This was downtown and walkable to many eateries. They have a bar and restaurant attached which was convenient. My husband and I ate at the restaurant the morning before our flight, the food was good. The staff was exceptional and professional, from the restaurant to the front desk. We used their free shuttle to get to the airport the next morning. The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Overall everything was great

The room was nice, staff was great, the halls reaked of 30 years of cigarette smoke. Other than that loved the vibe, decor, I would stay again.

The hotel was experiencing some technical difficulties with room keys during our stay. BUT, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful in a situation that was highly stressful. Guests were given complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks for the inconvenience. Also, a complimentary breakfast. Our hotel room exceeded our expectations! It was large and beautiful. There was a big room just to sit (and do yoga!) and a separate bedroom. Everything was tasteful and clean. Staff gave great recommendations for things to do. I would encourage folks to consider this hotel in the future.

The check-in person was outstanding. I think his name may have been Miguel, but I’m not sure.

Hotel and restaurant were very nice. There was a lot of construction and little parking. The area around the hotel was a typical City with many homeless walking around

Parking situation is a nightmare. Valet only Real option. Lighting in bathroom was so dark and dim. Room was dusty needs a thorough cleaning. Electrical fire hazard under the nightstands as so many plugs into an extender that’s not to code.

I was expecting much more for the price. I thought it was an average hotel I'm not sure i will pick it again.

This was just an okay stay. The hotel is really pretty and I’ve stayed a few times over the years. It doesn’t have the level of service I would expect.

Great old deco architecture. Nice place. Walkable to old market with lots of dining options. Free shuttle from airport.

The decor was unique and fun. Loved the white rabbit theme. The staff was wonderful. Everything was in easy walking distance. Great staycation location.

Loved it and the restaurant downstairs, excellent food, service, as well as staff is very knowledgeable about activities around town. Loved the valet service, extremely patient and friendly, especially with a heatwave. A/c in room was already going and room was a pleasant 70 degrees.

This is our "go to" hotel when we come to Omaha! The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, comfy, and decorated in the cool art deco style. We will be back again!
