Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好

謝謝飯店提供一支氣泡白酒，讓我們在蜜月旅行中有個驚喜～ 另外房內沒有電熱水壺，經過詢問，飯店也提供給我們，電熱水壺保養清理的十分乾淨 房間暖氣很溫暖，床也非常舒適，一切設備環境都很好

酒店位于TANUUS山脚下KRONBERG小镇，坐落在一个高尔夫球场内，风景一流。酒店是1889年的古堡该见得，有62间维多利亚和普鲁士风格的房间，前台说每间都不同，但是没办法间间去尝试呀，外表充满历史的沧桑感，内部装修和外表相呼应，大堂和楼道里面摆了不少古董家具和装饰品，但是房间内部装修较时尚，面积也挺大。免费WIFI，MINIBAR也免费。酒店提供去往小镇KRONBERG一家SPA浴场的免费交通，去往KRONBERG的S-BANN也是免费的，大约2公里。酒店是THE SMALL LUXRY HOTEL的成员，员工都比较有礼貌，因为吸烟的要求，酒店特意给了带烟台的房间，并细心的给放了烟灰缸。酒店餐厅面积不大，需要提前预订，所以晚餐就在酒吧简单的吃了一下。据说早餐不错，因为早班飞机没吃到，只能下次了。建议大家夏天去，肯定比冬天的景致要好。总之不错的体验，希望能再次入住。

very unique schelloshotel in Germany, this hotel is a museum with a beautiful 18 holes golf course, take 20 minutes only by car from both Frankfurt airport and the city center. Very nice people in the castle offer beautiful and comfortable room, we definite will come back again.

Schlosshotel Kronberg 有優美的環境，高球場地，用心栽種的植物，參天巨樹，看不完的古董。如果你不介意錢銀花費，早午晚餐都值得一試！就是對浴缸浴屏很不滿意，水灑滿一地，slippery..............

Gorgeous room with a very comfortable bed. Big windows with a view of the golf course and let in lots of light. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. We would love to stay again! 10/10 experience.

Want to stay in a real palace? This is the real deal with the amazing history to go with it. Our room was easily the biggest and most opulent hotel room we have stayed in. The bar was added by General Eisenhower after WWII and was one of Elvis Presley's favorites. Chris and Zoe kept us educated and entertained with their fine selection of liquors.

The castle grounds are scenic, extensive and beautiful, with a very nice golf course surrounding the property. Staff was very helpful and amenities were top notch. Breakfast is world class in both quality and presentation. The entire experience is certainly fit for a king.

Breakfast outstanding. Dinner very long, four hours to complete a dinner with four dishes, too tired at the end to really appreciate the experience.360.00 euros was also very expensive. We got a lovely dessert surprise from the chef to celebrate our anniversary.

Wonderful stay. Totally peaceful, beautiful surroundings and great staff! My partner got so sick and the staff was so helpful and absolutely lovely. Can I test that the breakfast is 10 out of 10!

We had an amazing stay in our garden view room. We loved the decor and high ceilings in the room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Nice touches, such as water in the room and for the road. We enjoyed beverages in the lobby and bar. Highly recommend this experience.
