Excellent service and beautiful accommodation

The property wasn’t quite as nice as other St Regis properties I’ve stayed at, but staff was nice and bar / breakfast were both good.

Room was fantastic - spacious, clean and freshly remodeled on the 8th floor with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as a perk for Bonvoy elite status.

The rooms are old and tired. The closes are a chipped and dinged . The light switches don’t work. The bathroom has horrible lighting. The lights by the beside are so low in wattage that you can read. The chandelier light switch did t work. This is not a normal St Regis. This one is a huge disappointment and erodes the St Regis Brand. Stay at the new Marriott Marquis.

Gorgeous and prestigious place, service is quite good and professional, restaurant Alhambra is top notch with 5-star worthy food and drinks! However, it is lacking some services I am used to, like Spa service and swimming pool. A better concierge service would also be helpful in booking the famous afternoon tea. That being said, it is still a nice hotel to stay in DC.

Great experience and great hotel overall.

What an amazing place to stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, walking distance from the White House and National Mall. Bar stays open until midnight. We will definitely bake this our do to place to stay when in DC.

Wonderful location about a block away from the White House. Very walkable and in close proximity to restaurants. I would recommend the hotel restaurant Alhambra though as well, very good!
