Everything was excellent except for the bathtub where the pipe was clogged and the water was accumulated very soon.

While the hotel needs major remodeling, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful… the breakfast had a lot of choices and the shuttle was on time.

Well located for those who wish to explore Antiqua for a day or hit the museums. Staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. We had the luxury of a balcony with a view of the volcanos. We also could watch the planes land at the airport. Both were pretty breathtaking. Definitely would stay there again. Several restaurants in the hotel complex and a great Indian Restaurant down the street.

The hotel is beautiful! Great location, 15 minutes away from the airport. The staff is great except for the front desk. The front desk was not as helpful and had an attitude. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, very safe.

It is my second time here and everything went well. Great location, great options for breakfast.

Nice room, only issue is that my toiletry black leather bag was stolen outside one of the restaurant (Victoria restaurant) that included some crucial medications and for that reason I had to cut my vacation short for one week, instead of coming back to Boston on March 7, I had to come back Feb 27, frustrating.

Siempre me a gustado hospedarme en Barceló,no es la primera vez pero esta vez quedé muy decepcionada del cuarto ,cuando hice la reservación decía con vista a ciudad y lo que tuve fue una vista hacia el tejado y sin balcón ,verdaderamente me decepcionó 😔
