Convenient walk to the Falls ! Scenic night views watching from the room

Receptionist service is too slow.

The room was cold. That’s the only complaint I have other than that. It was a beautiful view and nice hotel.

Checking in was easy. We got in as early as 3pm because our room was ready. It was a room we requested and expected. Sitting and looking on top of the Fallsview was stunning. Waking up with a gorgeous sunrise was also a magical experience. A flawless room with fresh towels & beddings are fantastic plus Staff that are very helpful made us want to come back again.

View of the waterfalls was excellent and exactly what we asked for. Breakfast was very good. If a bit chaotic with the wait for the table. Probably a good idea to go earlier as we did have to wait

Bedroom was large and view of the falls exceptional Staff are very helpful Breakfast buffet was always fresh cannot recommend enough definitely would stay at this hotel again

We enjoyed looking at the falls sitting and relaxing from our room.

Breakfast was average- no variety

The view was the best staff was great, everything is close.the only thing that might help is a sign in the fitness room asking people not to have business meetings on speaker while thier exercising, beautiful hotel
