First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.

Pleasant enough stay. Room was well sized worh a window that opened. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Car parking is free which is rare for hotels in the area. Its also in a rural area so quiet which was perfect. Tea and coffe is a kettle, no coffee machine but this is stated on the he hotel details. There's no daily room servicing so you have to ask if you need anything e.g toilet paper, tea/coffee, towels. The gym facilities were good although you have to pay to use it. A couple of tweaks and this could be a cracking hotel.

Use to be a good hotel but not now staff rude and disinterested

You’ll experience an awful lot of creaking floorboards in this hotel which isn’t a problem unless you’re room is directly beneath someone who moves around a lot. The room I stayed in also had a weird kind of old person smell that you really notice when you first enter your room but which, I suppose you just get used to when you’re in for the night. The spa facilities also close far too early and is the reason I couldn’t get to use it during my stay. Really friendly and helpful staff. In particular Mohi and Alex were both incredibly helpful and professional and are a credit to the hotel.

Room as very ‘tired’, bathroom tired and needs updating, and a good clean ! Waitress feel asleep in breakfast room !! Bar staff are excellent, food ok but nothing special

Really enjoyed my stay. Great staff on reception, room very comfortable, great breakfast. Lovely jacuzzi and pool for swimming in. Would love to come back soon.

Room was spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. We managed to charge our car for free with the destination Tesla charger. Pool was really warm - didn’t mind the charge of £5 per person per day - we were informed of this beforehand so no surprises there. Did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food

I stay at this place for two night they didn’t clean my room Before I arrived it was dirty all so the white people or racist they did com in the pool close to me an my wife cause we or black. All so they didn’t com in the jacuzzi. Until we was out completely. They look at you dirty. The room don’t have fridge. If your. Black avoided this place

The staff was nice but the building had an old feeling

Everything was just really average and sterile. Ok and just ok. Staff nice. Gym pretty well equipped for a hotel but you have to pay. I travel for work and always look for somewhere with a gym, sauna a plus, but again need to pay and closed early.

The hotel had a tired look and feel.

Rooms were clean and staff very polite .

All very friendly and especially Nanjan at the restaurant looked after us all along.. thanks a lot

The room was clean and fresh, all staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good for the price you paid has help yourself with a options of cooked, cereal, toasted and cold breakfast available. The hot tub did not get round to using it .

We stayed 3 nights. You had to pay extra for the leisure facilites which was no advertised. We had no housekeeping at all- not even a change of bins/top up of tea. The socket cover was hanging off and hair dryer was broken. Quick service at bar.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff pleasant.

The room was dirty, stinky and freezing.

The spa was closed and we were told told before we got here, the spa was the only reason we booked to stay here, we had driven 2 hours and didn’t have the money to get anywhere else
