房間非常寬敞乾淨。飯店提供我們所需的一切，包括額外的枕頭、礦泉水等等。飯店有自己的接駁車前往港珠澳大橋碼頭，雖然班次不如其他設有賭場的飯店頻繁。飯店位於漁人碼頭對面，毗鄰澳門金沙酒店。

酒店非常舒適。特別感謝前台員工Edgar，他不僅盡力幫我們找到附近的日式餐廳，還幫我安排交通，因為我帶著年邁的母親。送我們去橋的司機也非常熱心，協助我們辦理過境手續、購買巴士票和入境手續。飯店員工總是幫我們搬運行李。他們的服務真是太棒了！所有員工都熱情周到，飯店寬敞、乾淨、舒適。出遊方便，而且就在金沙酒店旁邊。如果再去澳門，我們還會選擇這家飯店。

地理位置絕佳，緊鄰金沙酒店，前往路氹金光大道或機場都非常方便。步行片刻即可抵達許多當地咖啡廳和餐廳。飯店設施一流，設有大型室外溫水泳池、室內外大型熱水按摩浴缸、蒸氣室和三溫暖。早餐也很棒。強烈推薦這家澳門酒店。

飯店員工非常友善，免費給我加了一張床，還贈送了許多其他物品。飯店非常乾淨，套房也很大。我的家人很喜歡住在這裡。

resepsionis yg sangat ramah. Kita sampai wakt itu sudah jam 11 mlm lbh tp tetap ramah dan sangt mbntu wakt kita minta informasi sekitar hotel dan tempat mkn yg dekat dari hotel jg bus stop yg dekat juga

The Staff were very Helpful, Friendly and accommodating. The Bedroom was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool especially the jacuzzi and take note the sunblocked is free to use. Over all we rate our stay for five stars 😍🥰.

Hotel bagus bgt, dekat dengan lintasan f1 kalau pas gp dekat dengan sands macau, ada shuttle dri ferry macau, sayangnya tidakada shuttle ke bandara, sepertinya ini hotel sudah tidak seramai sands dan venetian, tapi hotel room terbaik. Btw kolam renangnya luar biasa mantap.

Bagus, nyaman, semua staff nya baik dan komunikatif. khususnya Ariel dia sangat membantu sekali membrikan info banyak ke kita untuk tempat-tempat yang perlu dikunjungi di Macau 👍.

Great experience ever! Good location. There are free shuttle buses service from Ferry to the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and well-serviced. Excellent hotel breakfast.

Hotel grand Lapa sangat nyaman untuk liburan keluarga, kamar baru direnovasi dengan new design, kasur nyaman ,kolam renang bagus sekali dan ada free shuttle bus tinggal jalan di hotel sebelah(sand hotel)
