Pictures don’t match the pictures online. The floors were gross. The rooms smelt weird. I will not be back

Maybe used to be a well maintained place but not now. Dirty and dusty corridors carpet

The one good thing was the showerhead and the tub. Everything else is horribly rundown and disgustingly filthy. It was to the point that’s very anger inducing.

Will not be coming back. Renovations are not an excuse for having poorly put together accommodations.

This hotel has been neglected for the last decade it looks as though they might have had some water damage in the hallways on the 2nd and 3rd floors-room was 3/10 for clean and we got 1 towel 1 facecloth-the soap on box was moldy once we opened it so useless the lamp was visibly broken in half the electrical switches inside the door are a blatant safety risk...the ac unit is taped to the window and not sealed properly-we have been guests here many times before it was old but taken care of we will NEVER stay here again! The front staff barely spoke to us even when asked direct questions

Place is very dated and needs lots of maintenance. The AC unit was hung very poorly and one of the windows was not properly installed. If you had small kids in the room, they would be at risk of falling out. The hallways are in need of a serious renovation. Basically, you get what you pay for.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown on the website, which was extremely misleading. The room was in terrible condition. The windows were broken, and the air conditioning units were supported by cut of cardboard boards, which looked unsafe and unprofessional. The electrical outlets were not working at all, making it impossible to charge our devices. The washroom exhaust fan didn't work, and both the sink and bathtub were clogged. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor, making the entire room smell bad. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room, which was completely unacceptable and made our stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised online. I feel the hotel uses misleading photos to attract guests, but the actual rooms are in terrible condition. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these serious maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed.

The hotel is under renovation and the hall rugs are very dirty the bathroom looked like the grout was never washed black stuff ran down the wall in to the tub and the elevator was slop all over for 300 dollars I was very sad .

Not as advertised

The room was ok. The building in general is in need of some up grade. Close to beach. Close to public hot spring. Breakfast was good , good variety. .

Our room was not like the pictures advertised. Hotel is rundown. Badly stained carpet in our room. No plug for tub to use the Jacuzzi. Run down old furniture. Air conditioning unit with tube out the window where it had to stay open and there were bugs in the room. Hallways strong odour of cannabis. Bedding was clean and comfortable.

The hotel looks old and tired. We scored a room on the 4th floor when renovations have already been started. Our ac worked well, room was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced. I had to ask about free breakfast and free hot springs voucher, but both included with our stay. Parking was also free, a real bonus in Harrison. The location is right in the heart of town.

i like the location but the building need deep cleaning and fix the broken furnitures inside the suite.

It was an average stay overall. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The room and washroom felt quite old, and the ceiling/roofing also appeared outdated. While the location and overall experience were acceptable, the property could benefit from better maintenance, renovations, and improved cleanliness to provide a more comfortable stay.
