They have been very helpy with my lost baggage during my stay, and always see them with big smile on face! And great comfortable room as well! We come again next time !

The staff is amazing. Monique went out of her way to find us a clean room that didn’t smell. The staff worked overtime to make up for a property that has been neglected by management. Light fixtures didn’t work, carpets were stained, water regulation in the shower and faucet spurted out with an inconsistent flow and often were scaldingly hot. Bed coverings and carpets were stained. Walls and doors were filthy. Chairs were worn out. This is not the fault of the cleaning staff or front desk staff. The owners, Accor Management, are using this property to extract revenue and not reinvesting in the property.

Having visited before, the hotel is still good value but some issues this time round..... lampshade broken, some dents in the wall and art work, a broken electrical socket in the hallway. Staff were lovely but we didn't use the hotel's amenities this time so can't comment on these. Needs a bit of TLC bit still a good hotel to be a base in MK.

Bed very comfortable, one of the best we have had in a hotel, we'll appointed room, and added bonus of air con. Large shower, which was modern and clean. And the two evening meals, we had during our stay were excellent. Downside was the cost of breakfast £14+, plus extra £2 if booked on the day. Perhaps they could offer alternative of nice coffee and sour dough toast for a reduced price? Also coffee/tea/milk not replenished in room so I ended up having camomile tea... Staff very helpful too. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful reception area as was Restaurant.

Value for money, friendly & kind staff, simple but clean

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room had a great view over the golf course and was clean. Ckeckin took a bit longer than expected writing out the card to go with the key, even having pre checked in on line.

Positives: Lovely staff at reception, clean room, comfortable beds. Fairly quiet but we were at the end of the hall. Negatives: Our room was too hot, even though it was quite cool outside. There was an A/C unit, but it was quite loud so we eventually turned it off. The lock on the bathroom door was presumably faulty and had been removed. Cheap toilet paper you would not expect at a 4* hotel. We paid half board but the restaurant staff had not been made aware of this and it was very unclear what was included. We booked as an adult and child and Hotels.com did not make clear on booking that the half board price was for one adult and 0 children. This should be made clear when presenting the available options as it seemed value for money but was not. We ended up sharing a two-course evening meal (which was very nice) and in the morning had a quick breakfast of awful coffee (this really needs to be improved) and a lovely croissant, as most of the other buffet food looked past its best.

Great room, big bed, well appointed. Only one tea bag. Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Breakfast was good.

Parking was part of booking the hotel and there was plenty of space, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean hotel, great room and friendly staff, all we needed for a simple overnight stay.

Excellent hotel as always

Check in was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and sufficient for our stay but didn't use the restaurant or the gym. Convenient location for us and plenty of parking available.

Reasonable room rate but staff with a no can do attitude and a bed with mattress springs that felt they were on the surface
