Huge property in Galway with lots of amenities. Our rooms were spacious but very dated. The room our adult children stayed in wasn’t very clean. Sock on the floor, hair in the shower. We also had issues with the TV in both rooms. Maintenance tried to fix but could not. We were only there one night so not a huge deal. They are renovating the hotel so it will definitely be better after. Location was great. Bar was great. Staff were friendly. Appreciated the adjoining room option.

This hotel had a fabulous pool (along with hot tub, sauna, and steam room), as well as a gym. Short bus ride to Galway (cost a family of 4 €5.60)- you would not want to be driving your vehicle into Galway and paying for parking there. It is super busy! Great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food and fresh fruit!

This is a very busy spot that appears to be basecamp for lots of tours. There is a busy bar and restaurant featuring live music both nights we were there. Rooms were clean and well maintained and it was nice to have a small refrigerator in our room. Lovely grounds and bonus of plenty of free parking.

Very good experience, bar/restaurant was very good, breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality.

We only stayed one night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff attentive. Could not have asked for more. Would definitely come back.

The room was very old and dirty. Had a terrible experience - the staff in the front was not professional and very rude. There is no A/C especially when the temperature is in the 30's. Never going there again.

Excellent more modernized hotel. We stayed at several different places during our trip and this one had the most amenities. Great on site restaurants and cafe. Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially at the the check-in time.

Great property, very convenient. Rooms are nice. Food was great. Loved the bars and’s it was so easy to get a taxi. Such a beautiful property.

It was a great location close to everything, breakfast was excellent as well as the restaurant. I would definitely recommend the hotel for further guests

Bunk bed room was a bit tight with the cot but didn't feel claustrophobic. Everything was spotless, staff very attentive, food lovely. Special mention for the lady managing the pool changing area - all areas were absolutely immaculately clean, she provided directions, helped me with the buggy - super service.

We loved the blackout curtains. What did not make us comfortable was leaving the grandchildren by themselves to watch movies at the kids club,without parental or grandparents and I didn’t think it was fair. They wanted us to leave the three year-old by herself to watch a movie without her sisters who were designated to go to a different room or her granny that was scary for her and us. That whole situation needs a rethink.

Hotel was beautiful and staff was very friendly. My teenage sons loved having separate beds.
