We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!

This is don’t judge the book by its cover. Staying here for 3 nights is really great. They have nearest mall and local stores you can visit whenever you looking something or tour around. The breakfast was superb. It was really great that I can walk outside and feel the fresh air before dining in (since there are only few cars driving in every morning) It was a pleasant to stay in this place. Will rebook again in this location if I have another chance to visit Canada PS this place is only 1 hour drive from Vancouver if you want to save money from high cost of hotel in Metro Vancouver

hallway is untidy and not cleaned well. very limited facilities and having a wash basing inside the room was a hazzle.

Everything was good breakfast was good clean and convenient

When I went to check in the clerk confirmed I had a pet. I said no we didn’t have a dog, but we did have a baby. She immediately changed our room from pet friendly to a pet free room. It was appreciated.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and always with a smile. Hotel rooms are very nice, beds, linens and services all amazing. Breakfast was top notch and again all staff constantly smiling and willing to check in with patrons. Would gladly stay here again

I like the cleaning room,staffs and service

Couldn't eat dinner there as my wife has an allergy to curry. The hotel pairs with the restaurant for breakfast which was ok but not so 3-4 hours after...diarrhea.

Served its purpose for an overnight while travelling for kids sports. Breakfast was better than expected with hot items available.

Quiet hotel, friendly staff. Some things need to be updated. The AC made loud noise so hard to fall asleep. The ironing board needs new cover. The old foam was breaking into small pieces so had to use a towel to iron on. Overall not bad

If it just overnight it will be ok. But multiple day will be a bit harder to move around .specially when its construction season .
