Loved the front desk staff and the pool.

Just a standard hotel room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

Well maintained hotel, rooms were clean.

Everything is excellent however the washroom seems like theres a back flow smell form the pipes or something like that. Other than that very good, lots of parking And close to food, gas and amusement park.

The rooms were ok. The beds seemed more like a double, but I’m used to a king sized bed so maybe that was just me. Staff were solid. Complimentary hot breakfast would be better than 25% off at white spot. Overall a good stay

Our room was clean. Beds were not that comfortable and the TV was not a smart TV. The hallway was dark. Overall not terrible.

Nice access to white spot. Our room was on the highway side, and hotel windows do not come close to blocking the highway noise. Beds were very good, same with bathroom. Parking was somewhat limited due to construction.

Great place to rest, as well as to pass through enroute to one’s destination

This property is clean and has amenities. Close drive to everything. The only downside is it smells. Same issue when we stayed a couple of years ago. I think it’s the plumbing. Maybe caused by the constant floods in the area???

I keep coming back to this hotel for its exceptional value to quality features. The staff are amazing with special shout outs to Jim and Hannah who have both gone above and beyond to ensure my stays have been amazing. The pool and hot tub are superior ( clean/modern/ good temperatures) and I often have them to myself. I am coming back in a few weeks with my best friend. The hotel and staff make up for the not so ideal location.

Nice hotel

Room was clean and we were able to check in early

Nice room, lots of space for two adults and three children. Pool was perfect for the children and the castle fun center next door was great entertainment

The room was extremely noisy because it was facing the street. I called the front desk to see if I could move to a room on the other side of the hotel, but unfortunately I was told there were no rooms available. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The toilet had not been flushed when I arrived, and there was a noticeable buildup of grime underneath the sink drain stopper, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the front desk experience at check-out was not pleasant. The staff member came across as unfriendly and showed very little hospitality. Overall, this was not the level of service or cleanliness I expected, and I don’t think I will be staying here again.

The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave.
