Parking was simple and close. AC and Furnace both worked perfect. Couldn't hear any neighbors. Friendly and very helpful staff

i couldn't adjust the room temperature it seems to be fixed and the mattress seemed worn out but everything was clean. and the price of the room was good and lots of free parking so overall it was good value

Easy to park. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. I would suggest an update on the shower heads & shower curtains. Also they need accessible plugins.

The staff was very friendly, the check in and check out process was very efficient and quick. Our overall stay was very comfortable.

The room is extremely hot. All I was offered was to open the window and they gave me a fan. There was no central air-conditioning on. They said they were hoping to have it on in the next week or so that didn’t help me. They didn’t warn me that there would be no air conditioner.

I was just here for a single night with my dog. It happened to be the same weekend an Antique sale was happening so the lobby was busy which was fine except my dog is very shy so she wasn't thrilled about all the people around. It did seem like a great place to hold though, so she was the only one that minded. The elevator was slow, and the staff forgot to mention you needed to use the key card to access it on the ground floor but I did eventually figure it out. The room itself was fine. The carpet was a little faded and you could see a couple of patches on the wall they repaired and painted over with what might have been a slightly different paint colour. I slept fine in the bed, and didn't hear any noises from outside. I personally would prefer something other than lemongrass scented lotion but that's me. Overall, I would stay here again

Had a room reserved but when we got there the room was so hot it was ridiculous. I asked to get a different room and it was no better..I asked if they had A\C and she said no I said well you better take that off the website stating they do..FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest. And to top it off they wouldn’t give my money back.We went to a different hotel. Will not be back! So if your looking for a room with A/C especially in the summer this is not the place!

Place lacking AC during our stay

Blood on walls, toilet constantly ran, stains on bedding and floor.

No way to cool off the room - very uncomfortable. I can’t imagine staying here in the summer! Very dated but clean. Central and convenient but Heatless and lonely location.

I didn't get to eat at the restaurant s. Staff were very helpful.

Room was clean staff and parking was great. Room was hot as there was no A/C in the room. Taps in bathroom sink are old and small hard to turn on without using a cloth or something. Could use updating. Shower diverter did now open all the way to as ha a to pull up, also could use updating dating. Was a nice quiet stay.

Room is decent could use a lot of updates. Parking is ok could not fig out kept window open was nice

I recommend this hotel when you need safe and easy access to city center at affordable price.

Hotel itself is getting old style, and shower faucets at loose or the head were not that optimized, not a good experience when taking a shower. Coffee maker is not that as good as others.

It was okay

No microwave, fridge frozen solid,no bottle of water to brush teeth or make coffee. Elevator 1 and 2 not working properly press button nothing happens. couldn't get room cool air conditioning not working. Only has ice machine on 7 and 14 floor.No drain plug to take a bath. Very dated hotel Front staff and maintenance very nice . Close to hospital benefits us. Great parking

They were accommodating when we had to change our plans and shorten our stay. The staff were kind and helpful.
