It was a conveniently placed property. It was clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was a little tired but the king-sized bed was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast featured cereals, muffins, fruit, bagels and a large bowl of boiled eggs. Everything was fresh and tasty. We arrived late (10.30 pm) and left earlyish the next morning after breakfast so we did not explore the facilities.

My room was clean and the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was the tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I would have liked those items to be refreshed daily. Also some repairs needed to be neaten up. I would still recommend this hotel for the price.

Expensive for a dumpy motel in Guelph. Linens seemed clean. Served the one night purpose as we were travelling through. Breakfast was very continental. They had boiled eggs though! They were good. Had to take food and coffee back to room as they only had a couple tables to sit at. Coffee was good.

The shower was awesome. You can hear everything next door and the street. The property is very run down.

This motel is a reasonably priced place to stay. It's located at the intersection of highway 6 and highway 7, which makes it easily accessible for travellers.

Room was under repair somewhat..but was clean ..but we found a bottle of frozen stuff in fridge ..gross....beds and bedding 🛌 comfy ..tv was good ..had channels . It was good for overnight

The room was clean and beds comfortable. I wouldn't call it a breakfast but finger food. Coffee, muffins, bagels and fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't shower because of the shower head and taps needed upgraded. We were there for two days and got a 20.00 credit for not being able to shower. A very basic hotel.

Room was a basic room two queen beds it was pretty clean. My only issue was you have no control over the heat and the room was cold. The motel is located in a pretty decent position lots of amenities around it

Pros: The place was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. TV has many free channels. Cons: Its just too worn out and run down for the price you pay for. Room is small, there's a large window in the bathroom that lets in so much light you can't nap in the afternoon. The bathroom fan is so loud. Rust stains on bathroom siding, bathroom looks makesshift. Breafast didn’t have variety for hot. Reception area is very small and not connected to the rooms. Very loud as you'll cars driving by all day and night.Rooms open outside to the street side(at least mine), more like a motel. I couldn't park right outside my door. Quite expensive considering the above.

There was no lighting working by bed. The entry to the washroom had a switch plate lying on the counter. There was a repair in process by the light switch never finished. TV was moderately functional.

It's a basic toast, cereal, muffin, hard boiled egg and coffee in a small room designed for take-out.Food was fresh and the room was clean.
