Draps raides et inconfortable, environnement bruyant ( course d’enfants dans les corridors). Personnel avenant.

We got only 1 bed and a sofa room instead of 2 queen bed.

Well the told us at receptionthay wr would have free food from 7 amto 7 pm When on saturday for lunch only drink where avaable

Staff was really courteous. There was an issue with the reservation. I had reserved a king size bed room and they had it as 2 queen beds. The staff at front desk was nice but had to wait for manager to address this. Once in our room we noticed that there was a problem with the room’s isolation (draft in wall near window) and since it was really cold outside (-15 C) we had to increase the room heating to compensate. Overall it was an OK experience. I would still come back despite these small things.
