房间在空调主机上面非常吵完全不能睡觉，要求换房就说没有房间了根本没人理

Stay Away from this hotel. This is at best a 3.5-star hotel, not the 5-star listed here. There is no air conditioning to speak of, rooms were at best at 27 degrees C at night. The staff is wonderfully polite though, but would be good if they would not lie about not being able to fix the air conditioning and rooms not being ready -- when the rooms actually were ready. Overall, a poor quality hotel and no reason to stay here if you have other choices.

One receptionist was very rude (Red haired Polish lady).That’s all. Expect more from five star hotel staff.

Bom atendimento, porém o quarto tinha um cheiro horrível entranhado no tapete, velho, precisando trocar. Box minúsculo. Muito fraco para ser 5 estrelas.

Extremamente decepcionado, Na chegada o quarto não estava disponível e pedi um late checkout de 1:00 horas e apesar do hotel não estar lotado foi negado. Falta de gentileza total!!

Staff was good Extremely disappointed that our hotel charged us extra for a suite yet had no real working air conditioning Room would not go below 22 C

Déja pas de service porter / voiturier etc à l’arrivée 20h, room 2 lits réserve par erreur, changement en king en downgrading de 21 â 15m2 sans récompense ni geste commercial. Pour le service il y a mieux pas loin. Si non, placement idéal pour tout activité. Parking sur place(!) et excellent petit déjeuner.

Located in the heart of Zurich downtown and next to the lake. Very clean and comfortable beds. I would stay there next time for sure

about the A/C in the room is very bad and not change for me the room he keep me in same room and not give me anything to make me happy.

Freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam. Komfortables Zimmer, sehr gute Lage unmittelbar bei Tonhalle und Kongresshaus, ruhig.

Magnifique hôtel, calme, chambre agréable et spacieuse. La literie était parfaite et le personnel au petit soin.
