The hotel is clean and tidy, bed is comfortable. The food is delicious.

Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened. The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast.

Good hotel. Room surprisingly cool despite hot weather. We did not have an air con room as non left but with 2 fans we slept well Nice outdoor area in shad3 where we had dinner Helpful staff

The hotel was a good base for where I needed to be and had nice relaxing swim in the pool.

Bra boende med bra rum och god frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Extra bonus med gymmöjligheter och bad i en mindre pool. Enda minuset är egentligen att det låg i utkanten av Cheltenham, men det var smidigt att ta en buss in till centrum.

Good for what you pay for. Parking was good. But during the heat wave there is no AC

Went during Bank holiday. I booked a room with double and single. Got bumped off which was very annoying. There is not air-conditioning and rooms can get very hot. Staff were generally good especially Matt. Breakfast was average

At 06:30 each morning, individuals in other rooms would use the shower. The pipes proceeded to scream and hiss making it impossible to sleep past this time. I got to reception and it took about 20 minutes to check in with more computer clicks than I could count. I was told the room had not been paid for and now I need to check my bank to see if I have been charged twice. Breakfast was poor, the "hot" water for the tea was tepid at best, cheap sausages, over cooked bacon and scrambled egg with more milk than egg. The only pleasant member of staff was the cleaner. Won't be going here again and won't use hotels.com to book either!

Good location, easy to get to and close to all local amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Leisure club is small and a little dated but fine for a nice relax.

The view from the room was terrible. It was a concrete square with tyres. The furniture was plasticky. For the price really wasn’t worth it on top of that our sleep was disrupted by people fighting and the police being called. I wish I booked the Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, as always.
