not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish soon. ( like we are hurry them) 2. reception give us the wrong info for the opening hour for the swimming pool. we almost miss the time which is why we choose this hotel one thing good is the breakfast.

Localización estupenda y personal atento y amable en todo momento.

Everything worked well and my stay was smooth. Having a pool was great addition to my stay. Only minus was that rooms werent soundproofed and you could hear the hallway noices and neighbouring rooms sometimes.

Don’t pay for parking. The cafe across the street is excellent. Walking distance is perfect. Breakfast options was so so ok. I would eat across the street. If you are a coffee drinker avoid the hotel.

The hotel is clean, warm & welcoming. The staff is professional, courteous and very helpful. Sheets and towels are clean; water hot and with great pressure. The window opens to allow cool night air in, saving in air conditioning! Location is convenient!

The room was clean on arrival and every day there after. Staff were very hard working. Hotel was in a great location and breakfast was very enjoyable.

Great staff, great location at Rua Rosalia de Castro, not far away from the old City - 10 min walk.

Geez we got this place to relax. The sc was on control. Hot outside. It blew but barely got the room to 26 and turned off anytime we left. No service at the pool. The bar opens at 4pm. The restaurant at 8. They let us sit all day. Waiting to eat. Order. And at 8:20 after ordering:the kitchen is closed. Such a general disappointment

The staff was very kind and helpful. My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the they were there, waiting patiently. Much appreciated.
