Just returned from a fantastic stay at Centara Hotel Hat Yai and I it’s highly recommended hotel! 🏨✨ ✅ Location: Perfectly located in the heart of Hat Yai—connected to Central shopping mall, close to Kim Yong Market, street food, and night spots. Super convenient for both families and solo travelers. 🛏️ Room: Clean, spacious, and comfortable with great views of the city. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. 🍽️ Breakfast & Food: The buffet breakfast was excellent—great mix of local Thai dishes and international favorites. Fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, and hot dishes—plenty of options for everyone! 🏊‍♀️ Facilities: Loved the pool, fitness center, and spa. A great way to unwind after a day exploring the city. 👨‍💼 Staff: Warm, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, they made everything smooth and stress-free. 👧🏼 Family-Friendly: I traveled with my daughter and the hotel was very kid-friendly. She loved the experience, and we both felt safe and well taken care of. 📍 Overall: Whether you’re in Hat Yai for shopping, food hunting, or just a short getaway—Centara Hat Yai is the perfect base. Overall the hotel is good. But I think it need to refurbish.

The worst 4-Start hotel ever, very old room and facilities, sound like not very well maintenance. The Air-con cannot be adjusted, too cold in the room. We had to sleep turning off the Air-con. The provided towel looks cheap and aging. No Bathrope provided, surprisingly at the charged amount.

We enjoyed our stay as usual. We have been staying at Centara each time we take a short break in Hat Yai. They never disappoint us.

OK except tap spoilt and bathroom not clean. I think need to improve cleanliness.
