Everyone was so friendly and amazing here. The room is very clean and spacious. Definitely a must visit.

Overall the hotel is good. But I think it need to refurbish.

The worst 4-Start hotel ever, very old room and facilities, sound like not very well maintenance. The Air-con cannot be adjusted, too cold in the room. We had to sleep turning off the Air-con. The provided towel looks cheap and aging. No Bathrope provided, surprisingly at the charged amount.

We enjoyed our stay as usual. We have been staying at Centara each time we take a short break in Hat Yai. They never disappoint us.

OK except tap spoilt and bathroom not clean. I think need to improve cleanliness.
