Typical budget hotel. Booked twin bed room due to promo, even though I travelled alone for business trip. Got a rather unpleasant surprise during check in as they gave me a room that's apparently already occupied by another guest! However they apologized & gave me a double bed room instead as replacement. Location is strategic & close to Southern Cross station (which also has Skybus airport transfer service) & tram station. Plenty of eateries within walking distance, so I never tried their buffet breakfast.

Neat, clean and located near southern cross station. easy access to airport skybus and free trams. got early check in too. Awesome!

it was close to the cbd, clean, but no daily water complimentary.

Staf ramah, kamar bersih, dan lokasi dekat dengan Southern Cross Station dan free tram. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Personally, I do not have a pleasant experience during my stay in this hotel. I booked the hotel via online and when I reached there, I was told that I must upgrade my room as I am staying with my two kids (3year old and 10month baby). I was wondering, how can I book two rooms and let my boys staying all by themselves in another room if they do not stay with us in the same room. I have never experienced this in any other hotels in Australia.
