酒店整體服務十分好，員工誠信特別高，我忘記帶腰帶銀包外出，內有現金英磅和歐元，回來還是原封不動，十分感謝29/10早上打理房間的員工。 只是整座大廈有點舊，升降機需要更新或維修，因為七個朋友包括我一起被困半小時😂

Room is big, clean and WiFi is fast.

This is not the first time I stay in Vicenza, but this hotel's service is the worst.

Location is good , 10Min. walk from the station , at the beach side , prefer have a window view if possible .

周邊的公車很不準時,如果要住這家旅館,要做好出行全部靠走的準備.不過性價比的確不錯.旁邊還有很好吃的中餐館,貌似叫"溫州小吃".... 總的還是給好評,就是地段不盡如人意.

Posizione comoda per il centro storico. Pulizia delle stanze. Colazione abbondante.

Breakfast was lovely, however the room was in need of some tlc! Bathroom door got stuck when opened, cracks in paintwork, noisy air-conditioning, sink was slow to empty. The twin beds were uncomfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

15 minute walk to station. Good hotel

This was a very nice hotel at one time but the area immediately surrounding the hotel is very sketchy. The hotel staff warned us not to go one direction at all. Breakfast included and pretty good.

To put it simply...it is impossible that this hotel is a 4.5 STAR...

Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits par les conditions de notre séjour. Il y a eu une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain de la chambre la première nuit. Nous avons dû mettre des serviettes par terre pour pas que l'eau se propage et un verre rempli d'eau en dessous. Odeur d'humidité désagréable. Risque de glisser en sortant de la douche ou en allant aux toilettes. La responsable de l'hôtel a fait venir un technicien pour le dégât des eaux mais quand nous sommes revenus, il y avait juste de la peinture au niveau de la fuite. Pour nous c'était pas la solution d'ailleurs quand nous sommes rentrés hier soir, nous avons pris une douche et la fuite est revenue. Ci-joint les photos et vidéos. Nous souhaitons être remboursés pour les deux nuits parce qu'on nous a pas changé de chambre malgré la fuite.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto amplo, iluminado e limpo. Café da manhã tipicamente italiano. Fácil acesso a pé ao centro histórico da cidade. Equipe muito educada e eficiente. Ótimo custo benefício.

インドからの団体が多くうるさかった。

hotel OK, pulizia OK, peronale cortese ma la zona è un pò degradata, ci sono prostitute sulla via principale dopo le 20:30, non è possibile uscire la sera a piedi per andare in centro. La cucina dell' hotel era posizionata su un furgone con targa svizzera , non conisigliabile la cena, colazione invece OK

Bella e grande struttura situata a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. La zona in cui è situato l'hotel è molto multietnica, c'è un lidl e alvuni ristoranti e si raggiunge con circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e in alternativa c'è una fermata del bus davanti l'hotel. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e molto pulite. È presente anche un ristorante, il parcheggio e la sala colazioni, però noi non abbiamo usufruito di nessuno di questi servizi. Se si vuole risparmiare un po' sull'alloggio questo rappresenta sicuramente un'ottima alternativa.
